Very nice app . It is very simple and adaptable to my ecommerce , I highly recommend it . So far it s been a great find . I really like the fact that can be send out email in automation to get new reviews from cleints , without the need of asking , actually there is the possibility to give discount as incentive automaticcally .

I have only had this app for a few hours and the service is above and beyond, a group of lovely gentleman who are helping me out with my needs.. very user friendly, very easy to use which is a huge thing for me, most apps are too technical and a lot of store owners waste time understanding how to use it, whereas with Fera, it's incredibly user friendly, very happy so far thank you!!

Team is amazing and continue to try and improve the app. See some recommendations pop into the app recently which made me happy that they are listening to us, and not just telling us what to do. Yes, there are some other review apps that might have more integrations (even though Fera.ai has enough of the main ones) but I am sure overtime as they grow they will even more.

I was looking for a simple and affordable review app for my small business and Fera has been a great fit so far. I ran into a small glitch with one of the widgets tonight and used the chat function to send a message to the customer support team. It said that they would be back on Sunday (I messaged on a Friday night), but Holden got back to me within 30 minutes and followed up shortly after that to let me know the glitch had been fixed. Really appreciate the prompt customer service!

I tried another app first to add my Etsy reviews to my Shopify page but I could not figure out how to implement it. I contacted their support but never heard back. I saw Fera's app and gave it a chance and was very pleased with all the helpful navigation on how to use the app. I had one question on how to create a separate page for my reviews and reached out to Fera for support. I received a very quick response and soon that page was active! Very happy with the App and the support, highly recommend!

We've been happy with how this app works for product reviews, and we've been able to customize the appearance to make the reviews fit in with the rest of our site to our satisfaction.

Good experience, it can submit the review with photo and video, and it can also automatically send request email to customers, it can be customized.Before I use another app, it cannot submit photo and video. All in all, Fera is great!

This is great! I had a review app, but it never seemed to work. This one works, and being able to import my Etsy reviews is a really nice feature that helped. That was really easy to do. I can have the widget added to the product page as well, so people can see the average review of the item from the product page. The only thing it won't let me do that I wish it would, is allow me to show the average review rating for any item from the collections page. The tutorials showing how to do that aren't correct, and it doesn't work. Maybe that can be a feature added to it? But otherwise, it's a fantastic app!

The app was easy to use & navigate. Great app for requesting and showcasing customer reviews! You're able to generate discount codes for customers who gives you feedback.

Just started using the app but I’m finding it great so far. Easy to import my Etsy reviews and great, fast support when I reached out. It seems easy for customers to leave a review. I sell one of a kind items so I was after an app that showed store reviews on my home page as just product reviews are not relevant to my business and this app does that.

Easy to navigate, it integrated the widget into my Shopify store very easily without any hassle! Super quick and easy for my customers to leave reviews all with the click of a link!
