Fera Product Reviews App

I am loving the ease of this app. It allows my customers to leave reviews and photos on my website which are clear which helps with further sales. The customer support is extremely helpful, friendly, and punctual and always there to help. They are continuously making improvements to the app making it very user-friendly. I highly recommend this app to anyone needing an affordable and easy application for customers to leave product reviews.

We are very happy with Fera. It makes it easy to gain reviews and easy to manage them. The interface is also very intuitive so staff don't need extensive training to be able to use it.

Fera is the App that you need to get! I had a little issue with the installation but Holden from customer support installed it for me and its working great! I'm glad I found this App and I'm able to show my reviews on my Home Page.

So far this app has been amazing. Love the way it looks on my sites theme. It was INCREDIBLY easy to get setup and use. I contacted support one time and they were awesome helping me out. Out of the few handfuls of review apps I installed and tried out, this will always be the one I recommend. Well worth the money each month.

I was looking at a competitor's store, checking de product page and then baaam ! Some nice reviews under the product. The app is really great ! It will be nice if you could add tiny stars on the products catalogue.

I have added this app to my website before it has even gone live in anticipation of having this reviews feature live as soon as it launches. It has ticked every box so far for me. It would be nice to add incentive awards at less than £1 as that could end up being £3 reward if my customer chooses to write a review, put a picture and a video. I have a multitude of low cost products as well as higher priced so the incentive could potentially be very high if reviews are left for all! Alternatively, it might be nice to set incentives per product/ collection so it is relative? Other than this, this is a truly fantastic app that I can’t wait to go live. Thankyou
