Fera Product Reviews App

App works well. Customer service is good. Might be better if the automatic titles didn't come up for reviewers as the same ones come up too often making the reviews look a little false. Eg. Excellent! Highly recommended! Fantastic! Would be best if reviewers had to fill in their own headings.

Great app, easy to use, and I love automation that require little to no manual involvement. No issues so far.

I had an issue with how our review were displaying on mobile and Roel fixed it right away. I the support with Fera has been excellent!

clean, easy to use app with a nice design. You can upload reviews for all the social medias, other ecommerce (etsy, amazon, etc) or manually add reviews. you can upload photos or videos. and you can have many widgets. the design can have also different styles and the photos can be card like and big easy to be seen. nice app

This App got more annoying and obstructive the longer I used it. The monthly limit on the Free plan needs to be much bigger, especially when compared to other, better Apps such as Judge.me. This monthly restriction soon results in constant emails from Fera saying you've exceeded your plan and need to upgrade, and cost me many reviews at Christmas time. Fera also 'auto created' a default Incentive discount of £5 off, which meant I lost money when it was used. Very annoying. I didn't even know about it until too late. I may have considered upgrading, but it jumps to £29 a month - meaning it costs more than Shopify itself!! Where do these people get their numbers? It's way too expensive. Finally, when I tried to Export my reviews, this auto action was also Blocked by Fera - something that made me even more determined to replace the App. Instead, you receive a message saying 'a member of the Fera team needs to review it' and that 'if you don't hear from them contact support' etc. etc. Disappointing.

So happy I found this app; not only does it allow product reviews but also Shop reviews as I wanted to import the reviews I already had in my ETSY shop. I am a total novice and found the installation easy, I did have a small issue putting the reviews onto its own page but the customer support was 100% and they helped me sort it out so quickly, so far very impressed with this app and customer service is top notch.

I have just sent the first lot of email requests; the app is very easy to navigate around. I have also contacted Customer Service today and their service was very prompt.

I just migrated my website to shopify, and I looked into many review apps out there, combed through customer's reviews, and the features, and so far I am not disappointed! anytime I needed help, the customer support was so quick and were able to give superb results. Love it, don't look any further, this is the app you will love!

This is one of the best Shopify add-on apps I have used in a really long time. Speedy integration, easy to follow set up instructions, does exactly what it says it does, and super, friendly and efficient customer service. I hope that Fera release more products compatible with Shopify as I will def use again and I highly recommend them !

Fera is easy to setup and use. I connected to my Google Business Account and imported my store reviews in minutes.

Great app and great support. Had an issue and they fixed it while we were on chat. I like the review process to check spelling and grammar.
