Great app for various functions. Love the ability to filter so thoroughly - based on customer's location, or based on variant in the cart etc etc. And many nice widgets with full customization!

We have been using another customer review app and have been looking for a replacement that has a more modern approach as well is easier to operate. And we learned about Fera and immediately fell in love. It was super easy to set up and customize to our needs. We had a few small questions about our implementation and the team was super responsive and helpful and had all our questions sorted out the next day. We could not be more pleased and are happy we found Fera.

Currently use the app to request customer reviews for verified purchases and star badges on the website. Sometimes it can be a little effort to get it where we want it to be, but their support is excellent. Happy we chose Fera

Works great! I takes a little time to set up the widgets when you customise them, but the app is very user friendly. Installed yesterday and got my first 10 reviews already!

I love this app. It has helped with my site conversion and creating trust between happy previous clients and new clients coming in. I love how their stories can be shared and help someone else find the right service for themselves. I'm realllllyy happy with this app. I know there are alot of these around but after a lot of research I love the way this one is performing after the 4 months of having it :)

Wow! Where has Fera been all my life!? Before finding this app my reviews were very hard to find. My customers had to go to my shop page, scroll down to descriptions, see the small "reviews" text and click it to see others reviews and then click a second "review" text to leave a review. We have incredible reviews from our customers and I wanted them displayed front and center on the Home Page, by simply clicking on the average rating badge (stars) as well as on the product page. But the app I was using couldn't do this. I was about to design a new page to manually write out and display all of our reviews, which would not keep up with new reviews unless I manually added them. Fera to the rescue. They hit all the boxes and instantly imported all of the reviews I already have. I can even add my customer's photos to the reviews, which was not an available option to them before. If you have any questions at all, reaching out to their customer support makes all the difference. They put in the time to get the job done. This is very admirable. Something that would have taken me a week was done in minutes. I highly recommend using Fera.

This app has helped new customers make purchases on my website by reading reviews from previous clients. Fera has made sending reviews simple and easy and has taken a step off of my to-do list.

I have only just started using Fera so I will check back in after I've been using it for a while. However, I will say that I downloaded Loox, Reviews.io, and Stamped and Fera is by far the easiest and most intuitive to use. I was also paired via chat with support and Holden responded lightning-fast and helped me find solutions for every one of my exhaustive questions. I highly recommend!

UPDATE: After usning it for 3 years, it still works, but the price is too high even though they will give u a discount but $99 for a review app is too much from the beggining, and it's not even connected with so many options and apps as for e.g Juge.me and there you will only pay $15 per month. I'm in a discoustion with them right now and if the price will not change then I will move on. I will update you guys
