UPDATE: After usning it for 3 years, it still works, but the price is too high even though they will give u a discount but $99 for a review app is too much from the beggining, and it's not even connected with so many options and apps as for e.g Juge.me and there you will only pay $15 per month. I'm in a discoustion with them right now and if the price will not change then I will move on. I will update you guys

Support staff is very responsive. App visual display is customizable and flows with my brand. Great value

Easy to use, aggregates reviews nicely, and offers a lot of growth methods to help you receive more reviews.

We've received numerous reviews by using Fera and since reviews really mean everything to consumers these days, we are very pleased. The app is super easy to navigate and manage and we love that we were able to start out with a free plan.

We use this app to track shopper activity live and create purchase urgency. It works very well for what we need.

Amazing support from the Fera team. The app is easy and intuitive to use. I have been thoroughly enjoying all its features. It is also reasonably priced. Highly recommended for product and store reviews. Enjoy.

Great app with super helpful support. We came for 1 feature and ended up using 4-5 of them. Pop ups, announcement bars, etc.

Excellent customer support. Holden and Roel have been instrumental in setting up every part of the reviews on our website - doanddare.co They've helped with customizing colours + layout and helped all the pieces come together nicely. And out of the box, it has the nicest visual appearance of any of the review apps we tested. We're very happy! Only thing I wish is that we could take advantage of the discount they offer for an annual subscription...

These guys are awesome. They got my issues fixed immediately even thought it was later in the evening. Support is 5 stars for sure.
