The app was just what I needed. The advice and answers section was very easy to follow for learning how to navigate the app. Customer service was great and very quickly helped me with a small issue I had. Thank you!

Mi piacerebbe che Fera app richiedesse anche alcune foto opzionali insieme alla recensione prodotto .

I am using this app since 6 months now, everything works as expected and I am very havvy with it. Extra credits go the the wonderfull support team. Reaction times are super fast, the support is friendly and competent. My issue was solved in literally 5 minutes :)

I am using fera.ai for a really long time already on another platform and I was always extremely happy with it. Now I am using it on shopify and couldn't be any happier!! really really really nice app with, I think, the best solution. Highly recommend!

Does everything I needed, I am happy. I can send automatic reviews requests, I can apply discounts after customer submitted a review and also the widget is very nicely designed

Just started using and it's nice and easy. Was trying to stick with Shopify reviews but the functionality is too limited and this does everything I need. Also their customer support chat is SO helpful - they answer in seconds which is great when learning to navigate the interface.

Just installed a few weeks ago and so far its been very easy to use. I imported all my Etsy reviews, which was easy, although it took some time to assign each review to a specific product..
