Easily integrates and is easy to navigate. I’ve had other review apps in the past that were complicated and had to get constant support with, this is not the case with this application. Seamless experience so far!

I've tried most of the reviews app, this one is the best so far. Also, customer support are very quick and helpful.

This app helped me a lot with importing older reviews and requesting new ones. One time a little problem occured on my website because of a bug inside shopify, and the fera.ai support team helped me directly from the chat!

I have tested a few product review applications but Fera is the keeper! Exactly what I was after - it provides intuitive interface, enables you the customisation of review requests (alongside the automated options), and a fantastic customer service! Kemi and Holden are absolute stars - they customised the widgets in line with my store theme in no time. You have a very happy customer so far!

The app is intuitive for a non programmer like us. We love the app as it allows us to automatically send review request to clients and further strengthen the trust for our brand.

The app has a friendly feel to it that doesn't seem to be overwhelming. It is easy to use and I have high hopes for it as I just started it.
