The UI of the app is great but there are really bugs everywhere. I had to message support every step of the way. Finally a display bug had to be looked at by their IT. It's been 3 days without any feedback, after 3 days of trying to get it set up. Moving to one of the many other competitors, please test your apps before launching.

This app is great and I've installed on two of my stores! Love that you can customize the design and have star ratings for products as well as the store. Customer support is great and fast. Highly recommended!

This is a full-featured app that doesn't break our budget. I used the free version for 3 weeks just to poke around a bit, then immediately upgraded. I'm able to easily customize so many aspects, including all emails & widgets with my brand colors, logo, etc. The UI is super straightforward & no-brainer. I can send one-time review requests which is helpful because my store has been open for almost two years, but only installed this a few months ago. We tried the Yotpo app for a few weeks and really struggled with it — not enough features, too much custom coding, plus it's impossible to delete, ugh, it's still causing issues for us. The review incentive feature integrates seamlessly into my admin panel under "Discounts". I don't have to do a thing. In fact, everything about the Fera app integrates seamlessly with my store. It seems the developers know more about the Shopify platform than Shopify itself! Fera support is fast. I never wait for more than a couple minutes (sometimes less) and any questions or unique issues I have are resolved quickly. Their support team is very knowledgeable — friendly too! I'm a bit of a noob, but they have been very patient and willing to explain in a way that I can understand. Overall, it's very short learning curve. I'd give the app and support team 10 stars if I could!

I am really loving this app so far. It really brings our site alive with beautiful testimonials and star ratings. I love that we are able to email our customers directly to write a review. I did have some trouble customizing the reviews, but Holden from customer service was extremely helpful. He was so kind. I am very happy with the app and support so far.

This app is terrific! I use it for customer reviews at the moment. I love writing them in manually because some customers leave reviews on our social media. I love it. Thank you. And it's user-friendly, not too complicated.
