I used Fera first to display GMB reviews using their app. But I started to get so many product reviews through their automated requests that I decided to become a user of that side too. Fera works really well.

Great app that helped us centralize all our reviews and review requests. The on-site widgets are super nice and customizable (gives you the option to hide it completely if there are no reviews yet!). It also integrates with our rewards app which is perfect. Can't wait to continue using it!

The support is fast and efficient. We are only in early stages of using the app but it is simple to use and flexible enough.

I believe any reviews can bring reference value to buyers whether is good or bad. Fera is really worth using, the feature is perfect!

Fera has helped my customers leave their reviews in a quick and painless way. I have only used the free version so far, however i'm contemplating upgrading to better take advantage of all they have to offer!

I have recently started to us Fera. I need help with the set up and the live chat was way beyond my expectations. Within a day, all the bumps have been sorted and I am really happy with this app and would recommend it to anyone using Shopify.

I used this app to display reviews that would not just be tied to a particular product page ... as I sell mostly one-off items. It is working beautifully! It took me a couple of days to figure some things out but overall it's pretty easy to navigate

很好用 功能不太复杂 货币那个位置要改进 客服也不错，不说100%但是解决问题的态度还是有的。然后不知道要说什么了 居然让写100个字 干电商的文采没那么好。能写几句算几句。反正谁用谁知道 用过都会说不好，

Haven't been using it long but I am pretty happy with the app so far. The design is much better than other review apps ive tested, the customization is pretty great, and the user dashboard is pretty intuitive.

Super easy to use and friendly features. I just wish you could do a rating submission directly in the email so it's easier for customers who don't want to upload a photo or video
