We've been using this app for an hour, but the app UX is intuitive and allows for an easy customization. Props for that.

Only getting started but a great experience thus far! I chose Fera because of the possibility to add products reviews AND overall reviews at the same time so am looking forward to that.

So far so good. I just transitioned to this app today and it has been an easy transition. I look forward to continuing to use more feature. Update: I still like the app but it pulls the entire catalog from your store under products (including those in draft format). It would be helpful if it only listed the products on the site or provided the option to do so. If you are requesting a custom review, this can be time consuming to filter through the products.

I like this review app but was told by my page builder to try and download something else since they couldn't get the app to work well. So I reached out to Fera and Holden was very quick to respond. He helped me with what I needed in less than an hour which took my page builder 1 week to sort out. Thanks Holden and Fera! Very pleased with the customer service.

This app is EVERYTHING i've been needing for my store and more! I've been trying to convert customers and have been holding on to reviews, but haven't known how I can show them on my site. This app is effective and visually appealing with a bunch of other flair too. Absolutely a MUST have on ANY Shopify store.
