Better than the rest on the shopify app store. It allows for a lot of customizations, and has an effective marketing strategy to make it easy to incentivize customers to write reviews

I have been using Fera for approximately 2 months now. I had Loox before, but decided to give Fera a try, because they were less expensive. I have not regretted it since. This App is amazing, easy to use, and just what i need for my business. I have not had any technical issues since i installed the App, so i can't write on customer service, but so far so good. Definitely 5 stars deserved!

I am so happy with this review app! I have tried many others and haven't been satisfied. This app was super easy to install, I have had NO glitches with my themes and hasn't slowed down my website speed. Definately worth upgrading your plan. It's helped build consumer trust. I have used this app past 2 weeks seems like we are generating much needed reviews on our food retail site. Also seems like we have converted sales so over coming weeks we will run numbers to evaluate revenue generation.

Really great app so far! I wish that the reviews said something like "Verified Buyer" instead of the fera logo with a check, this would be a cool feature :) Great price for what it is, so easy to use and intigrate.

I needed to quickly add a ratings/reviews section to my site, that would allow photos and videos. I had Fera up and running in less than 30 minutes, and had customer reviews in the door within a few hours. Thanks!

This is a wonderful app, not only for the reviews and widgets available but for some other important features, such as the chance to integrate the Google Business reviews that I really appreciate and the tracking of visitors showing add to cart and their purchases.
