Fera Product Reviews App

Haven't been using it long but I am pretty happy with the app so far. The design is much better than other review apps ive tested, the customization is pretty great, and the user dashboard is pretty intuitive.

I really Loved it... Really easy to use this application for reviews. Very good interface leading to no time wastage during setup.

I have been using the app for a few hours now, going through the initial setup process, it is very easy and very much a step-by-step process. Looking forward to using the app further and seeing what it brings to the table.

Really easy to use app.. very comprehensive solution for attaining customer reviews, ratings and other ugc for my webstore.

Just downloaded this app! Can't wait to see it in action completely. Set up has been easy and straight forward, and most questions I had going into the process of getting reviews for my store were answered just by using this app!

Super easy to use and friendly features. I just wish you could do a rating submission directly in the email so it's easier for customers who don't want to upload a photo or video

Support Team in fantastic. Needed help with my avg review widgets. Got in soarted in less then 5 minutes. Awesome.

Just started using this app and am already loving the value it has added to our online store. Thank you!

Great app to optimize conversions, upsell and build trust. The app is also very easy to use and gain insights of customer journeys.

I was having a little trouble getting the review to pop up on the home page, so I messaged them and man do they have some really great service! In a matter of a few minutes they fixed the problem I was having and even matched the color of the review button to fit my stores theme. These guys are really went above and beyond my expectations. Reviews look really clean and help build that trust with the customer I was looking for. If you're looking for a review app this is the one.

Incredibly easy to use. I'm a huge fan of all the components, sometimes this isn't easy to integrate but Fera has made it look beautiful and easy. Thank you.

App ben fatta e di facile utilizzo. Utilissima tutta la sezione che analizza il comportamento dei visitatori.

Using it greatly so far, I like it and hope will help with conversions. Easy to use, user friendly, great and recommended app.

The new price change of orders limit in the store is really unjust specially for old customers - who have good data populated with this app, Not Recommended for long term users as they keep increasing pricing +100% and you will regret once you have populated your data with them. Had been their customer since 2017 and frankly app doesn't worth the price now.

Super app, all your Google reviews can be synced on your Shopify page. Also the customer support is great - fast and helpful :)

very easy to use and setup! Friendly for everyone who manage your store in shopify. Great apps for shopify store!

Merci pour votre application, très facile à utiliser, le design est top et nous pouvons choisir l'apparence. Très complet. Merci
