I've installed multiple review widgets, and this one is by far the easiest to use. I started on etsy and am slowly moving over to Shopify and importing my reviews has been extremely difficult. I still have to add them one by one, but the interface of Fera is very user friendly and super easy to use. Highly recommend

Easy to install and to be able to see my shopper's journeys is incredibly useful. Adding testimonials to my website was straightforward. I would definitely recommend this app.

WOW! this really is so easy to use. Totally recommend it. I tried other options but you always need to edit the code. With this one you just point the section you want.

I like the review widget. But if you can give more free stuff it would be great. Its a good plugins only that need more options enable for free version.

I use this app with smile.io and it is amazing. Love the points system, its only been 2 days but we have already gotten 10 orders from the combo of these apps, excited for the reviews to roll in

First of all, I don't normally write reviews for apps or anything as a matter of fact. Out of all honesty, I'd give Fera a 6th star if I could. I own and operate several Shopify stores and this app has by far the most seamless integration of every conversion widget you would ever need in a store. If you do not have a developer and don't want to pay for a handful of apps for conversion optimization, this is what you need.

The app is not bad for managing the reviews, but many of the customizations are still in preparation. It seems dev portal and technical documentations are still in preparations. So I guess if you are using English and are a basic user with no-code requirements, this may be the right one for you. ---- This is an addition and update to this review due to the engagement for the partner success team at Fera. They were very eager to try and meet our team's needs and were able to disclose more dev portal information that disclosed how the tags work in the custom editor. This was useful but at the sametime I believe should have been available from the start as they are advertising how powerful their solution is. However based on their efforts I've added another start. The mechanism to try and getting you buy-in to the up-selling on their capabilities is a bit unfortunate and due to this I wouldn't give this 5 stars until their platform is really complete.

Bought the app based on the price when compared to other similar apps that also offer photo/video reviews and automation. Very well priced and easy to use.
