Great App so easy to setup with my Shopify store. I LOVE IT!! I tried another app before this one but it did not compare with functionality or ease of use. I love Fera and will be sticking with it.

They have been so helpful and accommodating! We are loving our experience with their app! They answered all our questions, not matter how silly and never made us feel dumb!

This is the best product review app I've seen. It's so user friendly and easy to navigate and the fact it can go back and send review requests from past purchases is awesome!

Handige app, veel mogelijkheden en relatief gemakkelijk om alles in te stellen. Heel tevreden met de automatische mail voor reviews op te vragen en one-time review voor vorige klanten.

Really Easy to set up and a year free trial! So far, this app has been nothing short of fantastic! Everything works and displays as should so far. Once i've used the app for a few more months I will come back and update this if anything changes but if it stays as it has, I will continue with them for the foreseeable future!

For some reason i have problems setting up the reviews. But they can always help. And once on, everything works perfect!

I like this app for automating emails, but I wish the location of the automatic codes was clearer, I'm not able to find it

It works pretty good! However I wish there were more design options as I find the layouts provided lacking a bit of elegance/professionalism.

The app has a great UI and is very straightforward to use. Integrates nicely with website and looking forward to integrating with other 3rd party apps once we onboard (eg: Klaviyo for marketing automation)

Customer service is very helpful and responds quickly. I have had a few issues with the app itself when updating my theme but customer service always helps me get it back right.

I'll keep this review in 1 star until I get a satisfied answer or solution for this temporary service down risk. =========== The service is down now!!!! I cannot even access Fera main page - fera.ai!!!! What's going on?!?! =========== Good integration with Shopify! We decide to use this tool to increase our conversion rate through its incentives feature!
