We love the app, it works perfectly, but the customer support is on another level. They respond in literally seconds and help you all the way through to get things done. 5 Stars and super recommended.

Amazing app, really handy and smooth. 10000% recommendable! I would like to particularly emphasize the work of the supporter / IT specialist Roel. He helped me a lot with an amazing work! Thank you so much! But also the other supports are great as hell. Never experienced such good and fast support.

Ridiculously easy to install and utilise. I was able to import all my reviews from a previous platform. I had an issue installing a widget into the code, but Holden and Kopila from the customer service team were able to assist and fix it within moments. Very happy with the Fera user interface and ease of use.

I have been using this app for about 3 years and I love it. It create trust for new customers who are able to see the actual pictures and honest reviews from our actual customer which helps to drive conversions. I absolutely love it.

It's a wonderful app. Currently trying it's free plan and capabilities are very good even for a free plan. Highly recommend it.
