I originally got this app for reviews only, but it has so many other features that will really help with the traffic and interaction of the website. It also allows for more customization than a lot of the other review apps I've looked at. It takes some time to really dig in to take advantage of all of the features, but that goes with all apps. Really top-notch, I'm happy.

very easy to use and I love that you can "stalk" your customers to see how they use your website. It's so helpful! The layout is pretty basic which makes it easy. Not sure if the higher priced packages gives you more options to customize the emails and other things, but that would be the only bummer as you need to know code to truly customize the look in the lowest package. Support is SUPER helpful as well!! I'm pretty glad I found this app.

So far so good! Quite a bit of features for a very reasonable price. It is the best reviews app that I've found thus far.

Support is amazing!! They have the best review app, best interface, and they are not charging $100'ss for it. BEST LOOKING WIDGETS ALSO.

Was using another app for ratings, then found this for social proof, it was up and running in literally 5 minutes and has so many features, that we will use. DEF love this product.
