Fera is a great app. It has been easy to set up. This our store's first review app. Very happy with it so far. Customer support has been wonderful. The app is customizable and the reviews They've responded very quickly--often right away. I appreciate their help very much. I really am impressed with this app! So far I have the free version which is easy to use. Along with helping customers provide reviews it also sends out emails to your customers asking for feedback. You can then choose to provide them with an incentive to purchase again. I highly recommend it!

Finding a good product reviews app that synced with Smile.io has been on my list for awhile. I tested out a few of them and Fera easily stood out as the EASIEST product review app to implement. The backend is beautiful and intuitive and it take seconds to get widgets up and running. They also have novel features such as social proof (usually has to be a separate app) built in as well as shopper journeys -- very cool! They are also reasonably priced and i appreciate that they don't break their tiers up my number of orders since I'm a sub box and my orders are extremely variable depending on the month. I'm excited to set fully set up with Fera!

I used this app to add reviews and customer photos gallery. Just awesome and super easy to use. I'd used it in the past and tried many others, but ended coming back to this app. So pleased I did.
