Very simple to use! I love the minimalist template. Its no brainer. I like the option of sending message to customer to get feedback. However, it is not clear for customer how to give feedback by themself on the product page. Even with explanation. I have to send them a email with the link.

Very useful app. Lots of information about the behavior of customers and useful up sell tools. Also not to expensive for the tools you get.

I'm fairly new to Shopify and selling online. I wanted a full-featured review partner to both get reviews from customers and capture my customer feedback. Fera has all the apps I could want and low cost options to help me get started without spending more than necessary.

their support is very patient, teach me how to use it, i spend lots of time to upload the photo, finally i know it.

Amazing app. I especially like the breakdown of shopper journeys, helps with research. Reviews look great on the website

As a newcomer to the ecommerce world, understanding how to interpret customer behavior and analytics is a large undertaking with a long learning curve. Fera is a valuable tool that offers reliable data and a much welcomed coaching resource. I highly recommend and the "paid" features are worth the cost.

So far so good, I've been using it for almost 2 months. The Free plan]allows you to get acquainted with the app, must upgrade for the better features but still a good insight.
Thanks for sticking with the app and finding value in it. As your store grows, you can add more widgets with the paid plans! If you need help with anything please let us know :))

The app is wonderful. It's incredibly easy to moderate reviews and pick the perfect spot to put them in your store using a drag and drop editor.

A must have app, with pretty much every widget you need to optimise. Easily one of the best apps I have used and cannot recommend them more. The customer support is crazy fast and overall one of if not the best app I have used, the customer service helper named Roel was incredibly helpful, cannot thank him enough for the patience and time he put into getting us set up! Really appreciate her hard work and support too! These guys rock check them out! Nothing to lose with these guys, the support for your business across the board in helping customize things is unreal!

Fera is an interesting app with lots of useful features. We're still learning and testing it out, but it seems to already improve the conversion rate and bottom line. We did some testing versus other apps in the same category, and Fera seems better and with more options than most of them. We were also happy with the user experience and the great personal support and help that we got!

Very easy to set up (basically set up once and leave it) and is definitely contributing to increasing our conversion rate.
