i used this app for my website to create reviews and it is very simple and quick would definitely recommend.

I really like the Fera product. The pricing is fair and the ease of integration and ability to edit the liquid template - all areas of the template really impressed me. I was able to integrate quickly. Also the automation for customers and the painless task after having to ask customers for reviews is not automatic. Wish you can release some products Also their customer service is awesome!

Switched over on the recommendation of my marketing team, and love the ease of use of the app. Integrated easily. Needed to ask a quick question from the online help team and they were right on it. They even assisted to tweak it to fit better with my site. Five plus stars from me.

Super Easy to setup, really like the integration options. New conditions were implemented within automatic review system since starting which helped a lot. Also the support and quick replies has been amazing!

Pathetic app. I can't change users. The verification email never shows up. Now I will have to find another app that can actually work.
The reason you weren't able to verify is because your email was bouncing since it was not fully set up yet. Not really a Fera issue, but we've figured it out for you. Check your inbox for instructions on how to continue. PS: We responded to your message which you sent at 10:38pm on Sunday calling our team "stupid f*****g dips***s" this morning, despite it being Family Day holiday here in Canada. 😅

Great app, the marketing of customer reviews have helped increase sales. Customer service is amazing. Ability to customize things more would make this app even better!

Love the easy to use dashboard. I wish the automatic emails could be more customizable...especially in the discount section. I'd like to be able to offer more conditional rewards with specific dollar amounts. For example "$5 dollars off purchase of $75 or more" instead of just "$5 dollars off". I can't beat the free marketing from word of mouth/reviews tho!

It's the best app for product reviews I could find at a considerable price. The reviews blend wonderfully with my theme and the request e-mails are also fully customizable. Special thanks go to Roel from the support team, who has helped me in no time.

Our website looks absolutely beautiful and it's SO functional because of this rating and reviews system. I would HIGHLY recommend them due to their customer service. These guys and gals are BEYOND helpful!

Fast, intuitive, and powerful. I love it! Fera ticks all the boxes- it automates and promotes your best reviews without you having to do very much at all. Easy set up too.
