Very usefull app for starting - free plan is just awesome for first 100 sales .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I uninstalled this app after 30 min. it had issues integrating and I just didn't have time to go through the manual code process. this was at midnight. at 2:37 am i awoke to this message from them Subject: Your Store's Data Will Be Deleted In 20 Hours You or someone at your company uninstalled the Fera.ai app or Fera.ai has lost connection to your store. In order to comply with GDPR we will be deleting all custom and store data that Fera.ai has compiled to help your store increase sales. You will not be able to recover this data after deletion. To ensure this does not happen, or if you believe this was a mistake, please re-install the app and re-connect fera.ai to your store. Here I am at 3am onto support at Shopify where they explained that NO App Developer can delete Data from our store Only Data the app developer has on their end. Big relief. The subtly is not lost on me, It was intended to scare you into reinstalling the app. I have uninstalled many apps for various reason and have never had an email like this. Whilst you have a legal obligation to remove store data from your servers do not use this as a means to keep a customer. when Uninstalling it tells us the data will be deleted.
Hey there! I think there is a misunderstanding about what that email says. The message that you received was letting you know that your store data was being removed from Fera's system so that we would no longer have details about your store (including product information, sales, etc.) Since you removed the app from your store, this message was sent to you because, as you mentioned, we are in compliance with GDPR rules, which stipulate that we cannot access any stores data once they've deleted the app. This email is sent to all merchants to confirm with them that we are following the rules. We would never use intimidation to keep a merchant using our app.
Used this for announcement bar, but in the designer I wasn't able to change the font color of the DISCOUNT CODE box. Other than that it was perfect.
I installed the app a couple of days ago and so far, I'm happy with it. Very easy to install and a good amount of flexibility so let's see what happens over the next few weeks.
It's a very useful app. Very easy to use Thanks Fera.ai. It has helped social proofing my store a great deal.

App works great and helps to up the conversion rate! It's pretty straightforward to use. I did have to tinker a bit to get the CSS to work with my website but nothing too difficult

Easy setup, only took a couple of minutes. im very interested to see what comes from this app. the urgency needed upon window shoppers is what i plan on focusing on.

I'm unsure why every single Shopify store is not currently using this app. Jay & the rest of the team have been wildly helpful in optimizing the effects of their app on our store. This has changed the way our customer shops + created a true sense of realistic & relatable urgency. 5 stars doesn't even cut it! Reach out to their team for immediate & valuable service when testing this app. You will be amazed!
I have been using the app for a few weeks and I would certainly recommend. I would say that there a couple of features that the app is missing that I believe they are working on, and its my only reason for not giving it five stars. On the plus side, in just a few weeks, I have seen a boost in sales on our site, because of this app, which is great. On another strong note, the support team is highly responsive, very quick to fix any issue you may have and also very knowledgeable. For stores that have some sales, or get quite a bit of traffic and looking to convert that to better sales, I would highly, highly recommend. Its very easy to use, and the steps to setup are simple and clear. Great App!
A flexible app that adds some of the functionality that is inherently missing from the Shopify platform. Lisa from the customer service team was exceptionally helpful!
