Easy to use.

Great App for creating a links to templates in Canva. It would be even better if the order was automatically marked as fullfilled in shopify. Currently I have to do this manually.

This app is very good, I've never had a problem and neither had my clients, also the users support is great!

Tons of customization options for customer views, emails, orders, etc; easy bulk importing of digital files and bulk attachment to products; quick responsiveness by team - really excellent app!

Customer service has been great. I was having issues with the DKIM authentication and the representative solved the problem in just a few minutes. It's also an excellent app for selling digital products.

I've tried other digital product apps for Shopify, but this one is my favorite. The interface is decently easy to use, and I've had no issues with any of its features. Seems to be doing exactly what it says it'll do. Support is also very responsive and helpful.

I haven't launched my store yet, but I do have everything set up with Filemonk. I also have already tested all of the processes and can confirm that they all work smooth. With the $20/m plan (which their great support can get lowered if you are just starting out) you can have your full system for your digital products 100% in your store, with no Filemonk branding on any screens. L'assistance m'a aidé et a résolu mon souci de DKIM pour approuver mon adresse mail. Cependant, cela a pris beaucoup de temps, environ 2 heures pour moins de 10 messages. Soyez patient si vous avez un souci. J'aime beaucoup l'application et ses fonctionnalités, qui sont vraiment excellentes et répondent bien à mes besoins. Toutefois, le service client est crucial pour les utilisateurs, surtout dans des situations urgentes. Mon problème était assez urgent et cela faisait 3 jours que je n'arrivais pas à le résoudre avec les explications dans les paramètres. Donc, quand le service client traîne, c'est un peu décevant. Malgré cela, l'application dans son ensemble reste super, et le prix est très abordable pour ce qu'elle offre. Avec quelques améliorations du côté du service client, l'expérience utilisateur serait encore meilleure.

Easy to use. Great customer service! Just wish it was a little cheaper since shopify is pricy (for my budget) to begin with. But I was given a discount so that was super helpful!

File monk is a great Add on for your shopify store, if you have a digital product. Is super easy to install and track your orders. They also have a feature where if you change the file of one of your products you can notify to all previous clients. 10/10

I've been using Filemonk for a few months now and it's been running quite smoothly. All my initial setup issues were resolved very promptly by their customer service representative Sneha. I needed to view 50 products instead of 20 and they were able to change the default through their back end specially for my requirement. Also I needed my products in a particular sequence and this was also customised for me ftom their back end team. All in all I am very happy with their product and especially Sneha's help has been tremendous. Thank you.
