Simple, straightforward, and reliable! I switched from another app and I vastly prefer Filemonk's interface and templating, plus the developer was super fast and helpful to respond and add a new feature when I needed to recreate existing digital products in the app without emailing all the old customers who had purchases that product previously.
Hey there! Thanks for writing a review of my app; greatly appreciate it. There might be some confusion here, as Filemonk does not have a feature to auto-email new links to customers when products are updated. I'd love to understand more about what happened. It was free when I got it a few months ago and now it's 3gb free bandwith per month. That's like nothing. Digital Downloads by Shopify gives more and is free. This got paid, we lost functions, so this app goes bye bye

While we ran the app free for some time, we had to introduce paid plans eventually to continue building the app. Since your review, we've added more plans and options - now you can sell up to 30 orders per month for free and upgrade only when you're ready. Not only that, we run seasonal promotions that can get you the app for up to 60% off for 3 months. We'd love to see you on the app again if you'd consider giving us another chance. Just installed the app last night. I was looking for a seamless digital download experience for clients and this could not be more perfect. No issues at all and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Very very happy so far.

I needed an app to allow me to include digital downloads with my board game, Anthromancer - this seems to do the trick. There was a built in chat feature that allowed me to directly contact the lead developer and ask questions and discuss my needs. Excellent customer service. I'm hopeful to see how this app grows.

I used this app to add some seamless digital files to my website. I like how simple it is to use and add multiple files to each listing. You have the option to add different files to each variant so it cuts down on time for making multiple listings. I haven't had any issues; if your looking for a simple way to add digital uploads to your website then this app is perfect for you.
