Filemonk is easy to use for both the seller and the customer. Easy to upload files, attach the product and easy to download from the checkout email. It works as advertised.

I use FileMonk to deliver my eBook and digital sets of affirmation cards. It has been super user-friendly and does exactly what I need it to do! I have tried a few other digital download apps, and FileMonk has been my favorite so far. Simple, efficient, clean. Thank you!

Great app!! Easy to get everything setup within an hour. I used it to send important files to customers and it worked always in time. Besides Support was timely and very helpful. I highly recommend it. I´m looking forward to use it again with my next event. Thanks!

I had an issue uploading a large file (7gb) so I contacted the Filemonk support team and they we're extremely helpful and even uploaded the file for me. There aren't many free apps that support that file size so I'm glad I found this one!

I wanted to offer subscription products to my store, so I purchased this, however there was no support available to assist me with setup, so I cancelled,

I'm a 1 person team, and I try my best to be available for all customers 24*7. Unfortunately, I was not able to do that in the last 24 hours because I was in between multiple flights & airports tending to a personal family emergency. I could not find a stable internet connection to reply in time. I see 4 missed chats from your store sent in 14 hours between 15 Nov 04:36am and 09:41pm. I do my best to reply within 24 hours and I would have replied latest wthin 48 hours (as you may have seen my email by now). Again, my sincerest apologies for being unable to reply so quickly. My family comes first and I had to take care of them. I'd be more than glad to help you out. Filemonk is quick to set up and easy to get started. Please take a look at your inbox and reach out at anytime. :)

This app has everything I need to deliver my digital products to my clients. I do wish it just had a one-off payment though and no limit before it charges more on the downloads. My files are small but If they where bigger this would cost me a lot.

Easy to use and has a lot of free options! The best choice for running a digital store has all the tools you need to send your products online.

I use this app for my surface pattern designs in my shop since the very beginning. It runs very well and its always such a pleasure that everything works so good! I really really recommend this app for all who sells digital files or illustrations. Its perfect!

My business is 100% PDF driven. I can honestly say that the process is seamless - so smooth. Once you have uploaded your PDFs you literally never have to do another thing. Great app, highly recommended Edit - 10 months later and still really happily using this app.

I have been using this app for over a month now. I was able to set everything up to my expectations. If I have questions, they can be quickly resolved thanks to the support of the creators. I'm happy.

We're absolutely loving Filemonk at CG Hacks! We sell large digital downloads (1GB-5GB) and are able to work with customers easily through this system! The implementation the customer account downloads, and custom branding in the Pro plan is stellar! We would definitely recommend this service. The customer support is amazing and store implementation is a breeze!

I found this app when looking for a good way to organized our digital product library. I was very impressed with the intuitive interface and how easy it was to set up. So far we have had no issues to note and it has done everything we need.
