J'ai utilisé cette application pour mettre en vente le Ebook d'une cliente sur son site web shopify. L'appli est simple d'utilisation et vraiment complète, je la recommande fortement !

I needed to sell customers .mp3 files as a product. I created the product pages in Shopify then used Digital Downloads - Filemonk to import the product .mp3 file and set up the link between the .mp3 file and the product page. Digital Downloads- Filemonk had all the capability I needed to review the product-mp3 file links and the .mp3 files to be sure every product was linked and links were correct. I had one product linked to two .mp3 files and two duplicate .mp3 files one of which was not linked. It was easy to fix both problems.

Setting up the app and getting things going was super easy, especially for a non-techie like me. Love the customizable emails to customers too. Highly recommend Digital Downloads.

This app makes it so easy to have digital downloads in my shop. I've had zero issues with it, including being able to use discount codes. Would recommend!

great free app at the start however if i had known that this would change to a paid app i may have not used it as the prices are steep and so now ive a lot of hours uploading all my files to now having to find another suitable app or website for my downloads as i cannot justify your prices.

I have been very pleased with the performance of this app. Buyers are able to see the download link from the thank you page, via email and gain access to their products right away.

Simple, straightforward, and reliable! I switched from another app and I vastly prefer Filemonk's interface and templating, plus the developer was super fast and helpful to respond and add a new feature when I needed to recreate existing digital products in the app without emailing all the old customers who had purchases that product previously.

There might be some confusion here, as Filemonk does not have a feature to auto-email new links to customers when products are updated. I'd love to understand more about what happened. It was free when I got it a few months ago and now it's 3gb free bandwith per month. That's like nothing. Digital Downloads by Shopify gives more and is free. This got paid, we lost functions, so this app goes bye bye

Just installed the app last night. I was looking for a seamless digital download experience for clients and this could not be more perfect. No issues at all and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Very very happy so far.

It's amazing that I can use these services for free. I'm willing to pay a subscription fee. And it would be nice if there was a function for customers to receive receipts.

La aplicación funciona de maravilla y es super fácil de usar, hasta el momento funciona de diez. Probé otras dos aplicaciones antes de encontrar esta y las desinstalé, esta ha sido un acierto.

Super easy to use and just what I was looking for. Thank you to the creators. Looking forward to the pricing options to come. Would love a feature to where there is a limited number of downloads and any other known security features for audio
