My review is based entirely on the customer service inrexeibed. The app itself is still new to me, but so far I like what it offers. I was working on the app late night and Sandesh answered my chat question. I have to admit I wasn’t expecting a response as fast as I did. Not only did Sandesh help me with my initial question, but several follow up questions as well. Customer service is top notch!

Works perfectly! We use Filemonk to distribute our dowloadable software and also use their license generating. Integrating the api, our customers have instant access. Shoutout to Siddarth for his coding help with the API! Very fast customer support.

We have only just started using this; the rates are good and the customization of the email that is sent out is limited but it still allows more customization that all of the other apps.

Great app, very easy and intuitive to use. I like how much you can customize it, you can set it so files are delivered from your own email, change the email text, logo, and message, as well as revoke access to the files if the purchaser requests a refund. Best of all support is very quick to respond and go out of your way to make sure the features work.

I tried several apps for digital downloads and Filemonk is the most trusted so far. Even for free version they have plenty of additional options to customize the process. My favorite opinion is that I can add "download" section to the client purchase history page. As a person who purchases digital download myself I can tell this is very convenient for client. Thank you! I'm glad I found this app.

There is no perfect software, but you find the best on the market by the customer support and by the effort spent to evolve the application based on the customer needs and experience. Filemonk is the most complete application for download stores on Shopify, and has the best customer support I ever found on any other app.

Perfect app, very intuitive and easy to setup. Works great, customers can download their files right from the thank you page and they also receive an email. I haven't had one customer yet ask me where their files are. Great app

I have just launched my first digital product using Filemonk. I am using the free version at the moment because I wanted to trial it but I am super impressed already. It is very easy to use and very initiative. The free version is limited in the number of downloads per month but it does include enough of the other features that I have been able to get a great understanding of what I can do. I will be upgrading to the paid version soon. Thank you for an excellent product.
