This is a great app and so easy to use. It has made managing my digital files. It has made it so easy for me and my customers. I have found Filemonk is perfect for my needs and would recommend this app to anyone!

Probably the best download app on Shopify. It's very clean and simple, and the customer experience side of things is great. You can link digital products to physical products and make a very unique experience.

I'm using this app in combination with the Buy Button API on an external website, meaning that our original Shopify storefront is disabled. It works perfectly. The developer is very responsive. Thumbs up!

Absolutely amazing! Fast set up, and already live in our store. Thank you so much Filemonk! We were previously thinking Etsy was our only choice for digital products

I needed to sell customers .mp3 files as a product. I created the product pages in Shopify then used Digital Downloads - Filemonk to import the product .mp3 file and set up the link between the .mp3 file and the product page. Digital Downloads- Filemonk had all the capability I needed to review the product-mp3 file links and the .mp3 files to be sure every product was linked and links were correct. I had one product linked to two .mp3 files and two duplicate .mp3 files one of which was not linked. It was easy to fix both problems.

This app makes it so easy to have digital downloads in my shop. I've had zero issues with it, including being able to use discount codes. Would recommend!

great free app at the start however if i had known that this would change to a paid app i may have not used it as the prices are steep and so now ive a lot of hours uploading all my files to now having to find another suitable app or website for my downloads as i cannot justify your prices.

Simple, straightforward, and reliable! I switched from another app and I vastly prefer Filemonk's interface and templating, plus the developer was super fast and helpful to respond and add a new feature when I needed to recreate existing digital products in the app without emailing all the old customers who had purchases that product previously.

There might be some confusion here, as Filemonk does not have a feature to auto-email new links to customers when products are updated. I'd love to understand more about what happened. It was free when I got it a few months ago and now it's 3gb free bandwith per month. That's like nothing. Digital Downloads by Shopify gives more and is free. This got paid, we lost functions, so this app goes bye bye

Just installed the app last night. I was looking for a seamless digital download experience for clients and this could not be more perfect. No issues at all and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Very very happy so far.

I needed an app to allow me to include digital downloads with my board game, Anthromancer - this seems to do the trick. There was a built in chat feature that allowed me to directly contact the lead developer and ask questions and discuss my needs. Excellent customer service. I'm hopeful to see how this app grows.
