I have hundreds of files to upload and I really appreciate the bulk upload feature. Easy to use even for a noob like me. Faced a couple of roadblocks and the customer service chat solved the issues for me immediately. I am glad to have chosen Filemonk!

I've been using FileMonk for a while now and it's been great. But honestly, the support team is what made me want to leave a review. I had an issue that was driving me crazy, and they actually took the time to help me figure it out. You could tell they genuinely cared about getting it sorted, not just sending me some copy-paste response. They stuck with me until everything was working again.

App work amazing! No issues, really like it. Customer support is amazing, so prompt, very knowledgeable, they stay with you as long as you need them. App is very easy to set up with very detailed instructions. Highly recommend!

Je propose dans ma boutique Shopify un eBook que j'ai rédigé sur l'art abstrait et l'expression de la solitude, contenant un atelier accessible où l'on crée ce qui ne s'exprime pas avec des mots. Pour s'occuper du téléchargement de l'eBook, j'ai cherché une application simple, et efficace. J'ai choisi Digital Downloads - Filemonk. J'ai pris le temps de paramétrer l'application, j'ai fait des commandes test et tout va bien. Le client reçoit un email pour le téléchargement de son contenu et obtient son eBook. Il y a eu juste une petite embrouille lors du paramétrage: On me propose de paramétrer le bouton de téléchargement sur la page de remerciement, je n'ai pas encore eu 50 commandes, donc cette option est à paramétrer mais ne fonctionne pas. En conclusion, Digital Downloads - Filemonk est une excellente application, celle que souhaitais pour ma boutique.
