Excellent app! Solves a lot of pain points in software delivery. At first, it didn’t cover some of our use cases, but the team has been amazing. Big shoutout to Kartik and Sandesh - they listened to our problems and quickly built features just for us. Thanks to them, we could move faster without losing confidence in the product. Highly recommend!

Very happy with this app. I had a technical issue with the Download button not appearing, probably because I don't understand html etc, but the team sorted it out very quickly and it's all working fine!

No complaints here. I've been using it to sell sample packs, and so I can include downloads with music purchases. It's been working out well and it's really easy to understand and use, unlike many other Shopify apps. Thanks Filemonk!

Shashi was very helpful and was able to edit my download page to make the font larger (as my brand font was very small). It was done super quickly and Shashi was very friendly. He then helped me again to sort out some technical stuff in the back end.

LIsten, I didn't get name, though it was right there in the header. But I know that sentient is a keeper. S/he solved my frustion in one sitting. I love the approach to problem solving. I learned a lot more than I had intended. Thank you.

Awful... the download button doesn't even work complete waste of time and causes so much drama!
Hi there! I'm one of the app's founders. Sincerely sorry about this - unfortunately, we had a tiny bug related to correctly showing the filename slip into a recent release of the app. We fixed it up soon as the team notified us about it and everything is working as it should now. It only affected the download experence on Customer Account page - on all other surfaces, it worked a-okay. In any case, this is not the experience I wanted you to have. If there's anything we can do to get you back on to Filemonk, I'll be more then glad to help you out myself. :) - Sandesh / CEO
