Speedy response. I was looking for a bot to ask me a hundred questions, then ask for my contact information and call me the next day. I was wrong. They responded within seconds. I definitely will keep this app. Emma was my agent.

It was easy to set up by myself, and it gave enough options for it to fit the style of my theme and website. When I encountered a problem with how it performed on mobile devices, I tried contacting them on the support chat with no luck. However, Emma, replied directly, and her support to fix the problem was impeccable.

Great app and very intuitive for someone who has never used Shopify before. Their customer support team is awesome too! They are extremely quick to answer and really dig into the problem to help come up with a solution - even if it means helping write a custom css code. 10/10 Recommend!!!

This app is the best bang for your buck I think. Most rich features for the lowest price. I won’t lie I wish it had more features to better suit my needs but honestly plenty of other apps didn’t have all the features I needed and they were way more expensive. This app still has plenty of features to really customize but where they really shine is their customer service is almost immediate. Best bang for your buck and customer service is always there to help

Disappointing experience—I spent considerable time setting up the form, which I found to be unintuitive. After saving the form without publishing it, I expected it to be accessible as a draft or listed for future editing. However, it appeared to have vanished entirely. The lack of a clear, user-friendly saving process is frustrating. I've decided not to continue.

I highly recommend this app. They will go above and beyond to make sure everything is correct as you like it. Sometimes the time difference can be a little bit of a hiccup but... it's still well worth the wait! Thank you to the entire team for doing such an awesome job.
