The app offers a very wide range of individual options for designing a form exactly to your own requirements. The setup is as simple as possible. And the support is very good and very fast – especially with Emma. I can recommend this app!

Simple product that works well. You'll need to set up your discounts on Shopify after you install the app. There response times for customer service tickets are impressive.

Not bad for free. Form didn't appear without contacting customer service. Styling did not apply on the live site like in the editor. Service was a little slow, but my request was over the weekend. Overall... I'll find something else next time. But appreciate the free option for this site.
