Great, easy to use product and fast support. Had an issue with one of my forms (my own fault) and Emma had it fixed and back up and functioning in no time.

I'm on a paid plan and can't get support to fix my form. The form appears transparent on my site. There is no obvious way to fix it. It's been days with no updates and I have checked in everyday. Notice that most of the reviews are about the quality of support? What does that tell you about how well the app works?

Best form building app I've used! Definitely worth the investment! All requests I had were handled in a timely manner by the support team. The app also has a lot more features than you typically see in other form building applications. I absolutely love the drag and drop editor! The design features offered are super versatile, and the support team is definitely willing to help with additional customizations.

I was having trouble with the pop up and getting confirmation for the email sign up and Emma went thru so many options and really patiently helped me. I appreciate that.

My Shopify store has been using the Powerful Form builder for my quote form, with great results. When Shopify said I would need to update or delete the app, I was worried that I would have to start over. I reached out to the Golo support team and heard back within an hour. They updated the app and now my pages can be updated. Reat Job Golo Team
