I just installed an intake form on my website and needed help to get it to a good pace. I reached out the developer and Emma helped me make the form match my theme as close as possible. Now the form is live and looks like it belong on my website.

We've been using Powerful Form Builder for a while now and since switching our theme, autoresponders stopped working. Emma was very helpful and resolved the issue very quickly.

This form builder is incredibly simple and easy to set up on your website, even without prior web knowledge. It's user-friendly and serves its purpose well. The customer care, especially Emma, is quick and reliable when it comes to resolving any issues. The only recommendation I would make is to regularly check the forms and ensure that emails are being received, especially if they’re set to forward to an admin or catchall email address. Occasionally, the form may disconnect due to unforeseen and minor technical issues. However, the support team is always prompt in addressing and fixing these problems.

I have just started using this form and it seems incredible. Emma from Technical support team is vey helpful and go beyond the way to to help you. I will add further review once I get used to it more.

The app is great - until you need support. They're not available normal working hours so each issue you encounter takes FOREVER to resolve. I have to wake up at 4AM to hopefully catch someone online - and even when the app says someone is online, they never respond. I've built a wholesale form for potential clients to fill out so that I can verify their business and approve them as a retail partner. However, my form shows up on my page with huge spaces between elements that makes the form look insane. So, I reached out to support 5 days ago, and while they said they would look into it, I still have received no support. I've been trying to chat with them this morning for the last hour with no response - even though it clearly says theyre online. This app would be great but it's probably the worst support I've experienced in my 5 years as a shopify seller.
