This app is a fantastic tool for creating customized forms ! It’s easy to use, packed with features, and blends perfectly with my store’s theme. says works with Zapier. Doesnt work with Zapier.

The Powerful form builder app is amazing. It has all the great features you would need. Moreover, the support team is very helpful. I needed some help with my form, Emma helped me within few minutes of reaching out and that too on a weekend. I would highly recommend this app.

Support has been great with developer. I worked with Emma, who answered my questions quickly and with lots of details. They back their product 100%. The flexibility to set up how the emails are seen by the customer is easy. Plus, being able to edit the formatting of how copy of submissions are email to us has been very helpful.
