Very convenient application. And the best thing about this company is support. If something is not clear - they are always in touch and help solve the problem.

The customer service was prompt and fixed any issues we had in a timely manner. I have been using them for years on another one of our sites and that's why when I built a new site I went back to get their form again.

It is a great app with good features and the developers provide quick support and guidance via the support executive. I used the Form builder for my app and I like it so far! Would recommend anyone who would like to Customize a form.

The best form builder app we've come across (and we tried out quite a few)! This one has a super simple UI and is really intuitive. Support staff are awesome too and helped with our request quickly and efficiently. Easiest 5-star review ever.

Powerful Form Builder is the best app with the most amazing customer support. I have never had to wait very long when I have any issue before it is fixed. I always receive the "how-to," but if I can't figure it out, they fix it for me very quickly, and it's always jus the way I wanted it. Emma has been an excellent support person throughout my setting up of forms!

I have nothing but great things to say about this app, its simple and integrates well with my themes. I ran into a problem with my SMTP server not working and customer service rep Emma, quickly provided me with solutions and got me on the right track. Highly recommend this app for all your form needs!!
