アプリ側のキャッシュにより、フォームが表示されない不具合に遭遇しました。 この不具合はユーザー側で対応することは出来ないようですが、問い合わせをしたらすぐに対応してもらえました。 同じ現象に遭遇したらチャットで問い合わせをすることをお勧めします。 サポートのEmmaさんも非常に親切で好印象でした。
