We very rarely write reviews, but this app more than deserves it. We recently started using a form from this company. The features and UX for creating forms are very good. But even better was the support, which really gave us the best possible support and was always able to provide us with a suitable solution (Custom css) within 24 hours. Highly recommended! Many thanks to Helen, Emma & the development team.

This app has been a great, cost-effective way to provide an inquiry form on our site. Emma and the rest of the customer support team have always been quick and capable, helping with many different questions we have for them, from technical issues to helping the form look more in line with our store.
