The form builder has many usages. However, it is not user friendly if you have basic plan. I started with the Basic plan which let user to build only 1 form. That's okay if you're testing the app first. I followed the instruction to embed the form to a page and for some reason it didn't work. I had to ask customer support for help. Emma was great! Apparently there are fields like "Date" fields that are only available to "Pro" plan users but cannot be removed from the form if you have "basic" plan and it caused the embedding issue. I think that is a bug that needs to be resolved. Emma removed the date fields from her end and I was able to see the form on my page now.

I downloaded the free version of this app and decided to try out a single form on my store. The app gave a lot of customization options. I also needed assistance integrating it into my store and the customer support team was extremely responsive and helpful. Ultimately, I decided to not use the form right now, but would still recommend this app to other store owners who are looking for a completely customized solution.
