After installing the app, I had questions, and their customer support agent, Emma, quickly resolved my issues. I like that you can chat directly with support when in the app and tell when someone is online to help. So far, the contact form has proven to be easy to create. Plan to keep this app installed!

Customer service always responds quickly and has a solution to my questions. Today Emma was very quick to respond and within minutes my issue was corrected and working correctly on my live site. Thanks for the help!

難易度のそれなりにフォームの高いカスタマイズが必要になり、著名なアプリを一通り入れてみましたが、細かい実装が出来るのは、間違いなくこれだけでした。 例えば、 ・自動返信メール ・複数のフォーム作成 ・ショートコードでの実装 ・カートに入れるボタン近くでも実装 ・商品名を自動挿入 ・cssでカスタマイズ など、割と手間のかかるようなカスタマイズも数時間で実装出来ました。 サポート対応も良く、大変助かりました。 emmaさんありがとう。

The support team is incredibly helpful, especially Emma! She's always so nice and responsive, never keeping us waiting long. The platform is easy to use and has a familiar Shopify appearance.
