Superbe expérience avec Globo Team. J'avais besoin de support et d'aide pour configurer plusieurs formulaires sur mon site web et j'appréhendais un peu la mise en place de tout ces Pop up, liens, boutons... Cela me semblait ultra compliqué à première vue ! Sans l'aide d'Emma, je ne sais pas trop le temps que cela aurait pris. Le support à été ultra présent et réactif et le résultat est super pro. Je suis ravie. Je recommande chaudement, merci Emma !

Easy to set up and use, requested support and they were prompt to respond, Emma helped with adjusting our theme style to make one of my forms fit, look forward to using it more and hopefully improving customer experience. Thanks again!

PCFB Has honestly been incredible for us as a store creating forms. The customer service is stellar and they will even help with custom requests like coding a form into a banner. Sarah from the CS team was super helpful and friendly and absolutely needs a hefty pay rise!

Globo make some great apps and this is one of the best. Emma on live chat is always very helpful and the app is great for what we need on our store!

I've been using this form builder for my website, and it’s incredibly easy to set up, even without prior web knowledge. It integrates seamlessly with my theme and works perfectly. I was having problems with receiving the email after someone placed an order. However, the global team was quick to fix the issue. They even worked over their schedule hours of operation to help me. Emma was amazing! Thank you Emma for your help!

Very easy to use even without pro. However, Pro does come with some features I was looking for so I may upgrade since its only about $9. Customer support was pretty helpful. Emma was able to help me with my form and answered all my questions.
