I had an issue with getting a form to be visible on our site, so I messaged the help chat to resolve it. Emma responded within seconds and walked me through the steps to get the issue resolved quickly. So far this app is service the exact purpose we were hoping for.

Been using Powerful Form Builder for years, On multiple sites that I have developed for clients, Truly the best form builder iv used, support is always rapid and problem solving. Big shout out to Emma and her team, always hands on.

As soon as the trial ended, the app charged me a year's subscription. I subsequently uninstalled the app. I contacted support for a refund but received no response. I then contacted Shopify support, who, with their assistance, issued a refund. However, instead of applying the refund directly to my credit card, they credited my account with credits. This was completely ineffective. I contacted Shopify support, but they said credits couldn't be refunded to my credit card and directed me to contact the app development team, but I never received a response. I subsequently contacted Shopify support, who continued to help me communicate with the app team for over a month, but they told me they were unwilling to refund my one-year subscription. This was a truly terrible experience. It was a complete scam.
