Overall the concept works well and has some great features that work well with Shopify. But we encountered a technical issue on the 3rd day of using the app where by we could not rename or save forms. We got no reply from tech support despite the support feature showing as online. On the plus side, their support feature allows you to play a game while you wait, but then again, who has time for that?

Customisable and easy to adapt the forms for our website. The team at Globo are very responsive and have been able to help us whenever we've needed some extra support.

Attentive support team that worked with us on an issue with a sudden stop in receiving email notifications for form submissions. We appreciate the help from Daniel and Emma, who worked to resolve the issue. We have built multiple forms for our website with this application and have customized them to suit our needs. Appreciate the customization options and relatively straightforward setup.

This app is good for what it needs to do, but the best part is the service. I had so many questions, and quite a few customizations needed for the form I was building, and Emma was very helpful. Not only did she help with what I needed, but she was informative, and quick to respond.

We've been using the app for our job application contact form and it's been working wonderfully for the last 2 years. 1 day the form disappeared from the webpage.
