I have just installed this app as I needed an extra contact form on my website with a different email responder. So far has proven to be perfect for my needs, and the tech support is outstanding! Highly recommend.

I noticed an issue with the app in my storefront environment. By the time I reached out to support the issue was already resolved on my end. Support followed up with my ticket multiple times to ensure all was well. The support was friendly and professional.

Excellent customer service and the forms are easy to use and intuitive. I have used several different form builders, but this one works the best without issue and does everything our company need the forms for.

The automatic email sending stopped working for us. We need to figure out a new form.

This app is definitely the best form builder out there. And the support was quick and effective - the team very quickly helped us customise ours to our needs.

The support is fast and excellent. The form can also be created very easily. I think the cost is reasonable as well.

Quite good app! Made easy custom coding for me for order-numbers and email auto input. One thing is bad: - sender is always "no-reply" and attachments are not as ATTACHMENTS they are inside the mail which is not so good..

Really great app that has functionality I couldn't find in other Contact Form apps. Working with Emma and the team is really easy and they make changes quickly and easily. We use a custom theme so app integration is usually quite difficult however, with the support from the Developers it's been really easy :)
