Used this app successfully for several months before switching themes when it stopped working. Contacted support and had the issue resolved with a few hours, thanks guys!

We've been using the app on two stores for about 18 months or so and it does everything we need it to do, one site sends our contact form to Zapier to open a Zendesk ticket, the other site uses it primarily to directly send data to a Google Sheet. We had built out a very nice multi-step form as well for one site but it was for a short-term project. All not typical usages and many more integrations are possible, it does way more than we need. Support has been excellent, responding quickly to the one or two times we've needed to reach out.

This app works really well. We've been using it for years with no issues and one day there was a problem with my email rejecting the form notifications. I contacted support and they responded immediately and fixed the issue. Highly recommended!

The app is very easy to use and employs a number of features that have allowed us to create forms with great detail. The support team have also been great to reply quickly to any queries.

I had some difficulties installing my form but the support team - most notably Emma, was super helpful in setting it up for me and designed it to fit with the rest of my website. It looks and works great for my customers!

We have been using the app for just under a year and have nothing but good things to say. It is easy to set up and very user friendly, and the support team have always been on hand for a quick resolution to any issues we have been experiencing. Highly recommend.

We had a minor issue with the form not showing at our store and we contacted their support. Their response time is fast and they've managed to fix the issue as quickly as possible. We want to give thanks to Emma and Hailey for their wonderful support.
