Overall the concept works well and has some great features that work well with Shopify. But we encountered a technical issue on the 3rd day of using the app where by we could not rename or save forms. We got no reply from tech support despite the support feature showing as online. On the plus side, their support feature allows you to play a game while you wait, but then again, who has time for that?

Customisable and easy to adapt the forms for our website. The team at Globo are very responsive and have been able to help us whenever we've needed some extra support.

Easy to use and install, works well!

This app is good for what it needs to do, but the best part is the service. I had so many questions, and quite a few customizations needed for the form I was building, and Emma was very helpful. Not only did she help with what I needed, but she was informative, and quick to respond.
