Powerful Contact Form Builder

I just added the app and have not used it as of yet but the customer service so far is great.

I am still trying to discover more about this app, but fantastic support by Emma. Also the app looks quite promising as well, with file upload option for free plan and the forms can be customize. cool!!!

I was stuck on a few features and Emma was amazing. Very helpful and helped me greatly. Highly recommend as the customer support is spot on.

i'm sure it's a nice app, but only if you pay for it. too bad it's pretty useless with the free version.. so we are going to look for another app.

BEWARE!!!! I've had this app for a year and it's worked fine but for some reason it has not been working right for the last month. I've had customers reach out to me directly saying they tried to contact me through the form and it didn't seem right. After testing it for myself, it is sending a confirmation email from a TOTALLY different email address that is not mine and NOT my shop. I have missed out on a month of inquires from my customers and this is pretty devastating to my business. BEWARE OF THIS APP!!!! I tried contacting customer support and didn't get a timely response or solution. I have no trust or faith left for this app and will be finding another one.

Great customer support! only starting out with this app however very please. Emma was awesome, super helpful.
