A great and easy to use custom form builder that has enough functionality to create our custom B2B forms. The Multi-Step tools are very simple to use. And I was surprised to have the support team answer me with a live chat late on a Monday night. There is some limited functionality in regards to Outlook Email integration, but I hope more features get added.

The Globo team has consistently gone above and beyond to help me customize my forms. I was very impressed at the level of support I received for the app price! I am using a form to allow my customers to submit quote requests. I like the automatic email routing, which lets me alert the proper salesperson based on my customer's location.

My go-to form builder app for Shopify! The name says it all, a very capable form builder with bucketloads of functionality. Conditional logic, multi-page forms, custom routing and more. My only (minor) gripe would be not being able to change the curly-brace names of the fields themselves but not a deal breaker.
