Its settings are very simple and rich. The after-sales service is also very good. When we need very customized requirements and problems, they can also handle them quickly, very quickly, ensuring that everything is resolved. When we need forms for future projects, we will prioritize this app. It met our expectations.

The seamless integration with Shopify themes is amazing! It made the process a lot easier without needing to go through my code and paste it, or ask for support. This a flawless system that I recommend to business owners that need contact forms that will be simple, redirect capabilities after submission, and want to get it live in less than 5 minutes. And the price compared to other services is unbeatable!

Good forms look good and are fairly easy to manage. However, support is non-existing, not getting back for days. Creating some serious issues in our automation of creators and retailers.

We have been using this are for over a year now and it has met our expectations. I love the simplicity to set up the different forms we were needing. The best part is the customer service is top notch. They're very responsive, thorough and follow up to make sure everything is resolved when we have needed assistance. This even included weekends when needed. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to create forms that look professional and replace the Google forms.

If you're looking for a custom product inquiry app that is both user-friendly and effective, I highly recommend this one. For the most part this is the best form build on Shopify that has the advanced functionality we need. Plus it integrates with Active Campaign. We experience bugs when they were making updates their app. However, the support team has been helpful. Think it's a good app for the cost!

I have used lots of different forms in various websites over the years. This one is very easy to use, looks good and has great customer service. I definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately a very glitchy app for me, i tried using it to create a custom account creation form, first the email field wasnt working with shopify, the first and last name fields werent working with shopify, and then it eventually stopped working.
