This app has been a life saver for my business! I need to get lots of submissions and informations from many different groups of people, and this app helped organize everything I need. What else can you say about these guys?...My god!...They actually give a crap unlike most APP developers. Not only did they fix my strange issue that popped up on my site, they fixed it before day's end!...Now that is service. I should also mention they were the 3rd app I tried to make work on my theme when 2 others fell on their face. Theirs worked perfectly without any intervention from me and only had 1 tiny color issue. AMAZING APP and even more AMAZING SUPPORT!

This app has made collecting details for my custom orders much more professional. I reached out to the app developers to make the forms suit my specific needs, which couldn't be done on the app alone, and they were very fast, well priced and really easy to work with! I highly recommend reaching out if you need some extra customisation!

The app is very user-friendly and creating custom forms is simple. It integrates seamlessly with your theme so forms align with your store's aesthetic perfectly. The dashboard is easy to navigate and allows for easy filtering of submissions which is ideal if you have multiple forms in play. We had a small issue with forms not displaying on desktop for a brief moment so we contacted customer support and they immediately resolved it in addition to explaining what the issue was and providing instructions to avoid it happening again in the future.

This has been the easiest app to use BY FAR on the Shopify app store. The developers are SUPER responsive and are adding new features that I specifically need. The app works flawlessly and I love the fact that you can create a new customer in Shopify right within the contact form. Before, we had to do this manually which was way too much busy work. 100% recommend this app for any of your client onboarding needs!

This app is awesome, and the customer service is great. I was having trouble getting the form to fit the look/design of my website and the developers fulfilled every request I made, in a timely manner, and now it looks perfect and seamless! I highly reccomend.

Overall like it. Just don't like when typing into the form it delays and I have to wait every time to register before I can continue typing.

i had an issue with latin extended characters not shown in customer mails. customer service resolved it very fast.

Excellent app. Love conditionnals fields that I haven't found anything as good as this. The support answer in less than 12 hours (depend where your are on the earth) - and always fix problems in one mail. Thank you !

Great app, we use it on one form and had an issue with it suddenly not working, but customer support was really helpful to get it installed again and also do minor customisations to get it looking and functioning as we wanted it to.

We use the $9,90 plan. this app is full of problems and bugs. Support also ignores your email. Not worth the time and money.
