Powerful Contact Form Builder

Support quickly resolved an issue with had with the form, an in general we've had very few issues where support was needed.

I have just installed the app and have had great support service from Emma (super fast response time with a happy and helpful manner). We are also really happy with the the app integration! Super keen to keep using this form builder! Thanks Globo!!

Really fast and good customer service

App appears to work as expected. Had a few questions when testing it's operation and Emma was exceptional in taking care of my issues. She stayed with me while the update was performed and took care of my issue. Couldn't ask for better service.

Been using it for a while now and overall it's friendly to newbies like me. The only problem is that in the last few days, I suddenly couldn't receive emails from customers, but Emma, a staff member, helped me solve the problem very quickly. Now I'm going to continue to use PCFB happily.

L'app remplissait 90% de mes besoins, et j'ai contacté le support pour essayer de voir s'il était possible de développer des fonctionnalités supplémentaires propres à mes besoins et ainsi atteindre les 100% ! Emma a été d'une grande aide, très réactive et très arrangeante : elle a transmis mes demandes à l'équipe technique qui les a toutes réalisées en à peine une journée. Fantastic form app. I tried this one after a few others completely failed me, and I was very surprised at how easy it is to set up. The free version is fully functioning and works perfectly. Emma at support was super-helpful when I reached out and asked for the form to be styled to match my site. Now it looks great too! I highly recommend this app over any of the other form apps.
