I am delighted with app. We use it to create customer and consignor forms. When we had an issue was able to contact them direct and the response time was immediate. Emma was able to assist with rectifying the issue with our forms not being received in a very short time frame. Thank you.

This was great at creating a custom form for my shop. My only issue with it is that it does not notify you when a submission is made. A week or so went by before I realised that I had several submissions, but I only found them when I opened the app and went to the submissions page. Notifications via email or something would be helpful, so I know when there is a new submission.

Great app. Really makes forms look good for the customer. Easy to use and easy to understand. Customer support is also very good.

App works great and is an essential edition to any website where a you are listing products where customers will have to esquire. Very easy to setup, install and use and is very easy for consumers to use on the front end.

Great simple Form builder with multiple options. Easy to configure, and with the paid version you have unlimited forms to build - very handy when testing ads.

I have used 2 of globo's apps now and their support is always quick and helpful. definitely will look into more of their apps. plus their free plans and pricing is reasonable

Very easy to use app. I have decided to use this app after trying out other apps for forms and this one seems to work the best for me. Ran into some errors and had a good and prompt service to resolve my issue. The technical error came back while i was running a campaign and the auto responder email didnt work so i had to manually send out emails :( Highly recommended otherwise.

Used to create application forms. This is very good app. Inexpensive, but very full featured. Also, if you have any questions, the support chat is very helpful and polite. This app is used by many users, and I think it is because it is worth it.

Wonderful support that is not only quick in replying, but also very helpful and nice! The free version of the app could already meet our needs but it would be also worth spending the money on the extended version.

After using it for a year of Globo forms, this review is a late review. This app runs a bit slow in the back end when we edit and create a form, but the front end is smooth. Their customer service is fast, helpful, and reliable, I hope we can get more functions for creating complicated forms. Thank you, Globo.
