We love this app for building custom pages! Our company, Wash Safe, makes Eco Safe exterior cleaning products to clean roofs, siding, decks, pavers, etc; and we needed really attractive and user friendly pages to help us show clients that. GemPages is the best page builder we have used with the best support. In the last couple weeks alone we have reached out to their team for help and received a FAST reply and FAST solutions to help us build our dream pages. You guys are the BEST!

Very helpful support team! I found myself frustrated a bit over what seemed like a lack of full-featured funnels. Tony was extremely helpful in showing me all the ways to do what I wanted. They all work out of the box. I would suggest if you think a feature does not exist or work the way you hoped, reach out to support. Sometimes accessing it or configuring it may require a quick tutorial from support. GemPages is often more powerful than I realized. Especially for advanced features. They respond quickly, send screenshots to guide you through the solution, and are very patient. This saved me in a big way today.

It has been amazing. GemPages support is second to none— not only their support, but also their templates and how easy it is to implement in Shopify. There’s no doubt it is currently the best add-on in 2025. I'm currently using the free trial of this app. At first, I thought they wouldn’t respond quickly since it’s just a trial, but I was wrong. Their support team replied and fixed the issue right away. Thank you, Sarah and Ivy, you two are the best!

Perfect Page builder for us. I need help in the page with issues on the default Shopify theme integrating with GP and they showed me what needs to be done and addressed it quickly. Really love to suggest to you this App.

Ann from the Gempages support team is exceptional. She helped me several times to get to the bottom of why a piece of code wasn't working, they did it promptly and kept going until it was resolved. Overall I am happy I can design a website with no prior experience, Gempages made that possible.
