Exceptional Support from Pauline - White-Labeling Setup Made Easy and during the most crucial time of the year! I needed to set up email white-labeling for our gift cards to fix deliverability issues (emails going to spam). Pauline from Rise.ai support went above and beyond! She provided clear DNS instructions for my end and had everything verified and activated within 30 minutes (so FAST). When we discovered the MX records were interfering with our existing email setup, she quickly confirmed we could remove them without affecting white-labeling functionality. The result? Gift card emails now land in the inbox with our branded sender address instead of spam. Clean, professional, authenticated emails. Pauline's technical knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine care for getting this right made all the difference for our brand! This is what world-class support looks like. STAY AWAY SCAMMERS adverises a $16 a month option and then will find a way to charge you hidden fees my monthly balance was $203 and i didnt even use my shopify account once, They will refuse to refund you after scamming you. There is also no way to view an itemized bill of what you were charged for all it says is "app fees" which is insane bc ive never used the app, not a single order. There is also nowhere to cancel your subscription on their website, this is obviously done on purpose.

After checking your account, the charge was issued for the plan you selected on our plan selection page and approved through Shopify Billing. With that, we responded to your initial inquiry in October and followed up proactively but there was no response. This app is the only app I've found that works with Flow to create Gift Cards in bulk for a promo we run every year. Setup is extremely easy and Emilie is the best, always very quick to help and fixes any issue we run into.

I needed a way to not have our automatic store credit emails go to spam, and Eddie patiently walked me through how to prevent this from happening. The charges based on our platform sales is ridiculous. When there is no purchase of gift card was made, they charge us base on our sales even though our sales did not include the gift card. Did does not make any sense for us. not recommended to use

Super excited to be on rise! Our experience with set up has been smooth -they can accomplish pretty much anything we'd want, although some things take a more manual approach as they are still building out some integrations. Their support is always helpful. Today Juna helped me figure out some gift card fraud stuff and was very informative
