I got a bit flummoxed when I first began working with the Rise GiftCard interface...and time was short with Christmas days away. Thankfully, Rise has great support and I was able to set up a google meeting and share screens. Dana was very helpful in getting me going including a small modification to my theme coding to adjust checkout buttons. I had a subsequent meeting with Dana to solidify my understanding and I'm all set! Great knowing the team at Rise is there if I need them. They have been very responsive! Thank you Dana!!

After trying at least five different loyalty apps, I’m so happy to have discovered Rise. I love that it focuses on loyalty credits instead of points, which can be really confusing for customers. It also offers the best gift card experience I’ve seen on Shopify. The store credit refund option is something I haven’t seen in other loyalty apps which is extremely useful. The level of customization and personalization Rise offers is truly a game changer. Highly recommend.

We have a complicated workflow where customers receive a bonus on top of their 5% rewards if they hit certain thresholds. This caused a glitch in how rise handled the rewards and sometimes gave customers double rewards. After some back and forth with Rise which took a while they have mostly fixed this and have also compensated us for the customers who received and redeemed more than they should have. The app does not give you great reporting to be able to monitor this situation or view pending rewards and as such it took me a while to catch this error. If they fix reporting and we confirm this app is working properly I will raise my review again.

Great looking and user friendly app. I just installed it so I don't yet have feedback on the ROI. I took me half a day to install and personnalise it (including traduction of all texts in French). I had some minor difficulties but Keren from the support center has been a great help and fixed everything for me. She was very reactive and nice.

We had a project come up unexpectedly where we needed a solid gift card program. Rise was very responsive and helped us get the program up and running very quickly. So far it's worked very well and our team has been very pleased with it.

Rise has taken all the heavy lifting of doing gift cards, shop credits and rewards campaigns out of our hands. It has worked really well and whenever we have a question, we've had quick answers to help sort us out.

This app is truly versatile in letting you set up various streams or workflows for rewarding your customer's loyalty. I especially appreciate that you can choose to offer hard cash rather than points. Small nuance but it keeps you from inundating your customers with messages about discounts and overall "cheapen" your brand. Customers can easily see the benefit in their account and plan to patronize your store again. I'm still integrating the features and it's amazing how responsive Rise.ai staff are to helping me along the way. Looking forward to integrating the app with my reCharge subscription offerings in my store as well as Yotpo product reviews. I can't wait to see what other new features they will be bringing onto the platform. A little further in the process, customer service is still excellent. I had a few questions about integrating Rise with reCharge subscriptions, Yotpo, and the account settings. Sam was an excellent resource.

Seems like the best in breed for referral and loyalty programs based on our test run with it versus various competitors who we shall not name. They also jumped in and gave us personal tech suppport right in the middle of Black Friday, which was way above and beyond what I was expecting.

I was grateful their live chat was able to help me within a few minutes. Not having responsive support can be so frustrated with Shopify apps. I was able to get an answer to my question fairly quickly on a Sunday, which was huge.
