Rise Gift Cards & Store Credit

Rise has taken all the heavy lifting of doing gift cards, shop credits and rewards campaigns out of our hands. It has worked really well and whenever we have a question, we've had quick answers to help sort us out.

This app is truly versatile in letting you set up various streams or workflows for rewarding your customer's loyalty. I especially appreciate that you can choose to offer hard cash rather than points. Small nuance but it keeps you from inundating your customers with messages about discounts and overall "cheapen" your brand. Customers can easily see the benefit in their account and plan to patronize your store again. I'm still integrating the features and it's amazing how responsive Rise.ai staff are to helping me along the way. Looking forward to integrating the app with my reCharge subscription offerings in my store as well as Yotpo product reviews. I can't wait to see what other new features they will be bringing onto the platform. A little further in the process, customer service is still excellent. I had a few questions about integrating Rise with reCharge subscriptions, Yotpo, and the account settings. Sam was an excellent resource.

Seems like the best in breed for referral and loyalty programs based on our test run with it versus various competitors who we shall not name. They also jumped in and gave us personal tech suppport right in the middle of Black Friday, which was way above and beyond what I was expecting.

I was grateful their live chat was able to help me within a few minutes. Not having responsive support can be so frustrated with Shopify apps. I was able to get an answer to my question fairly quickly on a Sunday, which was huge.

Rise.ai is a superior app that is backed up by an industry leading support team! You are not just a customer account to them, but a valued partner that they are truly vested in seeing succeed. Keren and the rest of the support staff have gone above and beyond to ensure we are getting the most out of their platform and that our campaigns launch without a hitch. This is a very comprehensive app. We were importing a loyalty program from a different POS and they were able to make it work like a charm. Pauline and Sam were great helps, thanks Rise!!

We are very impressed with the nuisances with this app, it is very very clever and it really does tick the gift card and store credit. The customer service is outstanding and they took on our custom suggestions and will put them into action! Their rewards program is a bit weaker than their gift cards functionality. We are undecided about the cash back rewards vs other points based rewards, this is a drawback. Not being able to make the customers 'save' and 'build' their rewards is something I think may be a drawback. All in all worth the money though.

If you are a retail store or extremely high volume store that needs to constantly issue credits/gift cards to customers then this might be for you. We found it looking for "loyalty" programs and found that at $600 for the year it was extremely bare bones and did not fit our business at all. All sorts of features available if you pay more but for a basic rewards, loyalty building app I would steer clear of this one.

Absolutely brilliant app for both gift card retail sales and loyalty rewards program. Capacity to easily customise and set easy workflows for automated rewards. The support I have received via online chat and email has been AMAZING!!!! I am so confident with this app knowing help is an email away if I need it. Great widget for the front end site, allowing customers to see their balance and obtain their discount codes very easily. Highly recommend if you want a flexible loyalty program that is easily rule based.

Rise app has been one of the most valuable apps that we've used so far in our site. Not only their technology is reliable, but they're always evolving with new needs in the market, and partnering with the big tech players to offer relevant features. Earlier this year, we launched our Gift Cards online with rise, the UX and easy functionality of this online gift card excels what we expected, offering our customers convenience and a way for us to brand and personalize our experience. We've been able to expand and use additional features like the loyalty rewards. Their support team is very responsive and assures our questions are answered promptly. I highly recommend this app.

We're using Rise for gift cards and loyalty. Replaced our previous rewards program with this and couldn't be happier. Support is exceptional. Set it up right and it's definitely worth the investment. Excited to use during the holiday season and beyond.

Ari Yahalom and the team did an amazing job helping us to integrate the gift cards in our store. We are not a typical usecase and they were able to assist us with every step of installing and setting up the app. A perfect app if you need to have giftcards for ReCharge as they integrate seemlessly.
