I think I have been on Shopify for a bit over 8 years now and this may be my first review, and that should speak for itself. I cannot say enough great things about Rise and the team there. The price is absolutely justifiable, and with the proper setup (which the Rise team helps with) your ROI will be 7x-10x. We saw immediate results and I cannot wait to see Rise, rise to the top as our favorite app. I was not incentivized in any way to leave this review and I am leaving this review after a couple of months of use. For any pyp competitors reading this review. I hate this app, worst app ever, stay away.

It seems like a great app but I do see one issue. I had this app installed last year for a couple months then deleted since I didn't have enough customer engagement to make it worth the monthly fee. So when I decided to give it another try for the upcoming holiday rush, the old card was already pre-saved but for some reason it was not linking up in the Rise admin. It would show the card as active but it would also say the product was not linked, so there was a disconnect somewhere. I deleted the gift card in question that was showing it wasn't linked and now I can't create a new card. There should be a function to delete a card from the rise admin so that if there are any errors, it can possibly be resolved by making a new card. Kind of frustrating..

The e-gift card was so easy, quick, and customizable to set up. Many resources available to help guide us, as well as an account manager who has been great to work with! Excited to see the performance of the gift card on our site, especially through the holiday season!

On my hunt for the right loyalty and gift card program, there were two key things I was looking for: 1. Simple customer interface 2. Simple business set up ‘Simple’ it certainly is, yet Rise is also sophisticated. You can completely customize how, when, and why you reward your customers, you can send reminders for unused credit, you can activate a referrals program, and you can also issue a credit instead of refunds. The results? So far, they’ve been great! The loyalty perks I’ve set up are so good that it makes me want to buy my own products! The video tutorials and customer support team have also been helpful. Highly recommend.

I have just started using this app, and so far I am enjoying it's very easy to use and manipulate, you can easily adapt it to your own brand guidelines. Altough it's very easy I had a tiny issue adjusting the value of the variants as it kept automaticlly switching back to US Dollars! But their online customer service was very helpful (shoutout to Dana! for her swift reply and very quick action!)

An exceptional app that does exactly what we needed - a true customizable gift card experience that allows greetings for multiple occasions/sentiments, easily shared on SM. The ability to create store credits (say goodbye to Shopify codes), and a robust Loyalty program is icing on the cake. great customer service as well.

After reviewing many products, Rise was our preferred choice and they have exceeded our expectations both as a product and their support and deployment teams. Seeing an immediate take-up of Gift Cards, we are now looking to leverage the other features to really drive our customer's gift card experience.

Save your time by choosing Rise.ai. Rise is by far the best store credit service for Shopify (Infinitely better than the competitors). It is intuitive and easy to use, works well with a ton of value. Usually, new apps are overwhelming with new features. Thanks to their onboarding and support team I was able to set up almost everything really fast - in that case loyalty program, rewards, gift cards and store credit refunds. Their customer support team has been available to help almost 24/7. I can highly recommend it!

The application is very good, the assistance and in particular Keren is fast and comprehensive. Unfortunately some features like birthday are not yet available, this is why the 4 stars (for the cost of the application)

Mark was great! So helpful. I asked for a phone call and he walked me through the steps I needed to do migration and move forward transferring gift cards from my old POS to Shopify! He was extremely proactive in answering questions via email as well!
