Rise Gift Cards & Store Credit

After +1 year looking for a loyalty app that rewards customers via gift cards and not coupons I finally found it! Service is great too.

If I could rate 0, I would. In my personal experience, Rise.ai is shady and a company out to gouge the little guy. When a customer, like myself, sees "$0.20 an order" on their pricing page, I find it “convenient" how they don’t provide any other explanation about what that actually means, LOL! Until you get the $1,000 bill. As an extremely savvy Shopify website owner and Shopify app customer, when I read "$0.20 an order" that obviously means to me $0.20 an order made by an actual Rise.ai gift card, or, obviously when a Rise.ai gift card is purchased. Because let’s be honest, it would be INSANE for that to actually mean $0.20 of every order made in my shop haha. But it does. It means, regardless of their involvement, they will take $0.20 an order. On what planet, in what galaxy, does Rise think they are entitled to $0.20 a damn order? Your app provides the LEAST amount of value of the 15+ apps I am currently using and your app is 5x -100x more expensive than my other apps even with a plan reduction. AVOID Rise.Ai. Run.

Continue to be positively surprised by the team at Rise. They are always available for a quick support and the app is getting better and better. The new collaborations with IG and Google are amazing additions as well! Well done Rise

Great system for my reward program and gift cards. A few issues with work flows, but the customer service team has been very helpful in fixing and have responded promptly to my questions.

App easy to install. good team doing follow up and make any changes for you. Will use it a bit more. only thing missing is if the client could have access to their store credit transaction so that they trust it more and can leave their store credit on it as they can see all transactions of their store credit. it could be integrated because the info is also here in the admin dashboard. just have to show it in the customer account "store Credit" thanks'

We are using this app for brick and mortar and online - rewards, gift cards and store credit. The online functionality on Shopify with gift cards is much improved now that we are using Rise. After one support call - (Ari assisted me) I am very impressed! Thank you for the help and for the great app.

Very well thought out and highly responsive support staff. This app, while certainly not inexpensive, is a meaningful investment in taking your site from "mom and pop" shop to performing like major corporations', in record time. I can see why so many big companies use rise.ai.

This is my second review after Hila kindly help and answer all my relentless emails I mainly chose this app due to its feature of giving out gift card to customers in terms of virtual Loyal Card. Giving out gift card is great because now my customers can put in any additional discount code. I can run any promotion and now customers dont have to choose between using the promotion discount code or Loyal card. and thanks again for the awesome support!

I use this app to help us with both physical and eGift cards, eGift cards being a new feature for us. Capabilities for both are really great and the ability to create different denominations in bulk for the physical cards (before sending the printer) is seamless. The only thing it could be done better is the new dashboard while it is simple and I have a hard time navigating it.

Love the app and that it allows your customer to send gift cards as a gift straight to their recipient and even schedule a date to do so! I had an issue with the functionality initially but Hila was so quick to fix and the app is performing well in our store! Thank you Hila for your amazing and friendly support!

Nadav and his tam were absolutely wonderful as we transitioned from physical to digital gift cards. From the beginning process through post launch support the team was informative and quick to respond to any questions from our team or customers. Our store has been using this app for a month now. I think most of the shop owners are concerning about whether this app works. Alright, IT DOES WORK, and we have increased our sales by 16% in just one month. So far the feedback is very good on "account creation reward" and "cashback reward". We are waiting to see more positive feedback on "referral reward". In conclusion, this app is worth the money that we paid for it. The support is efficient too. Always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Their consistent service has made managing our store so much easier. Truly grateful for their support over the years!

I had trouble setting it up originally. I had to bring on a developer. But it is a good app. We haven't utilized all of its capabilities yet so we will see how things go. So far so good though.

We are just getting started with Rise and understanding its full potential for our business, the quick response and support from the team is exceptional so far :)
