Rise Gift Cards & Store Credit

I'm looking forward to the holiday season with Rise. I spent a great deal of time customizing customer emails, the popup cards, etc. And found the process time-consuming, but easy—in other words, exactly as expected. Throughout the process, as minor issues arose, customer service has been very quick to respond and assist me with my queries. Highly recommended. Update 11.19.20: Even the smallest, least consequential tweaks to random design-related nonsense is met with prompt, and with one Rise associate in particular, cheerful help. Thank you Dana, you're an absolute gem:) And you deserve a raise.

Really good app. I switched from a point-based loyalty program and this store credit program works much better for my customers since it's easy to understand. Support has been phenomenal as they were able to answer all of my questions as I was learning about the back-end stuff.

I love Rise! I recommended it to many people. I almost doubled my B2C revenue in 2021 and am hoping to continue increasing. Rise was definitely a part of that success. My only issue that I’ve been asking for is an integration with Stanped.io. I use Stamped for my reviews and currently am manually issuing rewards for reviews. It’s not ideal, as it adds another step to my process. I wish it were seamless.

Update** Sept 25, 2020 I had an issue with a customer who ordered a gift card but did not receive it. I messaged the Chat and Sam replied back to me quickly and informed that there was concern that the customer used part of a gift card to pay for the gift card. The level of sophistication to safeguard us is great. I really enjoy using Rise. It is the most expensive app we use but quality does not come cheap. Money well spent! I found Rise while searching for a gift card based loyalty program. I have never looked back since. After downloading it, I saw it was very intuitive to set up. I scheduled a call with a Rise representative to speak about the app and what it can do. After a quick 30 min call, I had what I needed to continue building out my flows and start building greater loyalty with my customers. This is the fastest I have been up and running with an app. Rise has been great and they continue to be great. Thank you for the amazing service and awesome product!

Add this app to help send gift cards to recipients. Their customer service was great and they where able to make the changes I requested instantly.

Absolutely love this app, by far it's the best on Shopify when it comes to gift cards. The user experience is great and it is very easy to set-up. When Covid hit, they were the first to help small businesses allowing to sell gift gards on FB and Instagram at no extra charge. The customer service is amazing, they reply within minutes every time I had a question and Nadav is fantastic. I highly recommend this app and I have been with Shopify for 4 years and had lots of trial and error with apps, this is a keeper.

We installed this app to be able to offer ALL our customers the option To purchase gift cards and not just the people who use Apple wallet. It’s a great app, very easy to use IMO, and integrated well with our store. The support from Rise is even better. They are quick to respond and are knowledgeable. They even helped me in a holiday weekend! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to add this functionality to their store. This app can do so much more than just gift cards which we will be looking into soon!

After +1 year looking for a loyalty app that rewards customers via gift cards and not coupons I finally found it! Service is great too.

If I could rate 0, I would. In my personal experience, Rise.ai is shady and a company out to gouge the little guy. When a customer, like myself, sees "$0.20 an order" on their pricing page, I find it “convenient" how they don’t provide any other explanation about what that actually means, LOL! Until you get the $1,000 bill. As an extremely savvy Shopify website owner and Shopify app customer, when I read "$0.20 an order" that obviously means to me $0.20 an order made by an actual Rise.ai gift card, or, obviously when a Rise.ai gift card is purchased. Because let’s be honest, it would be INSANE for that to actually mean $0.20 of every order made in my shop haha. But it does. It means, regardless of their involvement, they will take $0.20 an order. On what planet, in what galaxy, does Rise think they are entitled to $0.20 a damn order? Your app provides the LEAST amount of value of the 15+ apps I am currently using and your app is 5x -100x more expensive than my other apps even with a plan reduction. AVOID Rise.Ai. Run.

Continue to be positively surprised by the team at Rise. They are always available for a quick support and the app is getting better and better. The new collaborations with IG and Google are amazing additions as well! Well done Rise

Great system for my reward program and gift cards. A few issues with work flows, but the customer service team has been very helpful in fixing and have responded promptly to my questions.

App easy to install. good team doing follow up and make any changes for you. Will use it a bit more. only thing missing is if the client could have access to their store credit transaction so that they trust it more and can leave their store credit on it as they can see all transactions of their store credit. it could be integrated because the info is also here in the admin dashboard. just have to show it in the customer account "store Credit" thanks'
