Rise Gift Cards & Store Credit

Great customer support when we have an issue or need assistance. We have had very good engagement with the Rise e-gift cards as well.

Nadav and his tam were absolutely wonderful as we transitioned from physical to digital gift cards. From the beginning process through post launch support the team was informative and quick to respond to any questions from our team or customers. Couldn't have had a better experience with this team!

Our store has been using this app for a month now. I think most of the shop owners are concerning about whether this app works. Alright, IT DOES WORK, and we have increased our sales by 16% in just one month. So far the feedback is very good on "account creation reward" and "cashback reward". We are waiting to see more positive feedback on "referral reward". In conclusion, this app is worth the money that we paid for it. The support is efficient too. [21st Aug 2025] We’ve been using this app for 5 years and the support team has been nothing short of amazing especially Itay and Netta. . Always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Their consistent service has made managing our store so much easier. Truly grateful for their support over the years!

I had trouble setting it up originally. I had to bring on a developer. But it is a good app. We haven't utilized all of its capabilities yet so we will see how things go. So far so good though.

We are just getting started with Rise and understanding its full potential for our business, the quick response and support from the team is exceptional so far :)

this app has helped me add gift cards to my website for over a year. it works great and like that I can now link my gift card link on instagram directly. thanks for adding that feature.

This app has made a huge difference for us! We were able to import all (many thousands) of our existing in-store gift cards into Shopify with zero trouble. Really impressive. Support has also been excellent. Customers have appreciated the vast improvement to both the purchasing and using of gift cards and store credit on our site. It's not a cheap app, sure, but it's worth every penny.

This app has made it super easy to create a customized gift card for our customers to purchase, as well as issue store credit to acquire and retain customers. The team at Rise ai are super responsive and helpful. They have made the entire experience worth it. The integration with this app to Instagram was a huge win too. It keeps gettin better

Rise.ai has been wonderful for us. Imported all our gift cards in a matter of a few hours, when compared to the alternative it has literally saved me days worth of work. Thank you guys!

**Update** Customer service from Ari was fantastic and incredibly helpful. I can't say enough about the fast thorough response. There are some work arounds to help with the issues I have already mentioned. There are updates coming soon that should make this program top notch. So far we do really like this app. we Look forward to working with Ari and Rise more. Will update again after the next updates. Rise has a lot of potential. The gift cards are great and fully customizable. They are much better than the stock gift cards from Shopify. It was easy to set them up and match them to our stores theme. There are a few major flaws however. The app page says that you can offer loyalty points or cash back. Unfortunately loyalty points are not an option once the app is installed. We decided to try the cash back as rewards program but ran into the following problems. The first is that store credit and gift cards are all accounted for the same in a customers account and through Shopify. This means a customer could have store credit of $5, earned through a purchase, with an expiration date coming up soon. They could also have a gift card balance of $5 that never expires. When they log into their account it will just show $10 and not show them an expiration or separate what is credit and what is gift card. On the merchant side all we can see the difference directly in the customers profile but not in Shopifys accounting. So Shopify just shows that the merchant has a $10 liability instead of $5. Legally this is an issue for the merchant. This app has a lot to offer and great potential. However, until the store credit, loyalty rewards, and gift cards are separated and fully visible for the customer and for the merchants accounting, we just can't use this program.

A little premature, but I have shopped and configured enough apps to know this one is above the rest. Great enthusiastic human support. So far, top notch!

Great interaction . engagement and client retention for repeated purchase. Greatly recommend this if you wish to have some membership tiering and rewards.

Rise.ai helped us in overcoming the giftcard issue related to VAT in Europe. Nadav offers great support and is quick in responding for anything you need.
