Rise Gift Cards & Store Credit

Incredible customer service. Running CartHook for checkouts and Rise was able to migrate my native Shopify gift cards in a matter of hours during the weekend - great tech, even better CX team. Big shoutout to Hila for helping us get set up correctly.

It's a fantastic app. Super easy to use. All the functionality I was looking for. I did have a slight issue with implementation on our site, but received brilliant support to resolve the issues. Highly recommended.

App is functional, support is friendly and helps us in any question to build a loyalty system for our clients. Would be nice to have a whatsapp integration as well, hope this option will be available in future.

I love this app. I replaced mine (a combo of 2 apps) one for loyalty and one for rewards and I love it since day one. It is so INTUITIVE for my customers to use. I had an excellent support also on my side. The app works great and I have happy customers that are buying and spending more than before !! Numbers don't lie :)

We've been using Rise for our Shopify POS customers, and now that we've launched our e-com store, too, we've added the widget there to promote earning rewards across all our channels. The folks at Rise are always quick to help out with technical issues and we can't wait to see the results.

Overall the gift card feature is a better experience from a customer point of view, compared to the gift card product already included in Shopify. Hila, Roy and Ari have been very helpful to have the gift card product launched on our site, and they only take about a day to respond.

Shopify is amazing - but they can't be all things to all people. The Rise Gift Card app for Shopify is THE professional presentation option. Gift Cards are what they do, and if you want a gift card on your Shopify store, this seems the only way to go. It’s painless and easy to make a simple gift card - and you can even add your own custom colors to go with your store's branding, which isn't much more complicated. Gift cards mailed as an actual gift: For gift cards that will be emailed directly to someone else, as a gift, you have several real advantages - professional touches that I've only found with Rise: 1.) That the gift card can be mailed directly to another person! Shopify's native gift card can only be sent to the purchaser, and they must forward it on. 2.) If you care about your store's branding (and you'd better!) you can make a few of your OWN Gift Card designs, that fit with your store, and your customer can select which they want sent. Professionalism is worth it. GET RISE! Last Note: Discounted Gift Cards: If you want to apply a discount incentive on your gift cards - it's EASY in Rise. And the last time I checked (early 2020), the native Shopify "discounted" gift cards didn’t work. Example: Shopify will say a 20% discount is set up, "pay $80 for a $100 gift card," but the value of the card ends up being only what was actually paid: $80.

Great app - not cheap for the full customisation - but really simple to use, good looking design and support team very good.

Great product, and easy to use. Gift Cards are coming in particularly handy in light of the current global health crisis, which is closing may physical locations.

I was intimidated at first by all of the features and admittedly procrastinated on setting it up. But once getting started with the loyalty program, setting up the workflow using the pre-made templates was quite simple. I reached out to Rise support with some questions and they helped me right away (even on a Sunday) to make sure that I had everything running correctly. I look forward to utilizing more of the features.

The app is very easy to use. The design is simple yet sophisticated and the team is extremely helpful. Love it!
