Rise AI has been an exceptional partner in developing our loyalty program. Their team took the time to understand our manual processes and transformed them into an efficient automated system. We've been using the rise.ai gift card app for a few years now and it works great! The support team is helpful - We recently ran into a snag with how the pricing was showing on the front end of the website and Eddie was able to fix it quickly!

We’ve relied on Rise.ai for store credit for some time, and just recently made the switch from Smile to Rise’s loyalty program. The onboarding was effortless. Between seamless Shopify + Recharge integration for our other stores, digital gift cards, store credits, and now a full loyalty solution, Rise.ai has driven tens of thousands in revenue for us and saved us countless hours on refunds. I've really enjoyed using Rise. The customer support is excellent. From onboarding with a live demo, to 24 hour customer support, and in one of my instances, live customer support via a call when needed. Emilie has really been helpful in helping our store navigate some issues with Shopify's most recent update and I couldn't be happier. Strongly recommend Rise.Ai.

Very bad experince with that app if you are going to install it beware from it the reason is that they just only want your subscription there app is not problem solving we have purchased their premium plan to issue our customer store credit we created the flow that is ok but it is not runing not added any store credit to the customer when we connect with support they just only answer that we are trying our best and you will surprise that their response time is 3 to 4 hours not serious with their customer they just only want subscription from their customer after wasting our 4 days on this app we found the credityard app very good app, good customer support and solved our problem.bloddy hell app rise.ai

We've been a fan of Rise. The customer service is responsive, the platform is easy to configure, and the integrations are good. I'd say our move to Rise from Smile has been good. It is more clear than Rewards points for our customers, and a unified tool for gift cards, store credit, and rewards is nice. And it's more cost-effective, which matters a lot to us.
