Juna was extremely helpful and clear in communicating what I needed to do to reinstate some customer gift cards :)
The charges based on our platform sales is ridiculous. When there is no purchase of gift card was made, they charge us base on our sales even though our sales did not include the gift card. Did does not make any sense for us. not recommended to use

Super excited to be on rise! Our experience with set up has been smooth -they can accomplish pretty much anything we'd want, although some things take a more manual approach as they are still building out some integrations. Their support is always helpful. Today Juna helped me figure out some gift card fraud stuff and was very informative

Aside from the app itself being top-notch, the responsiveness from Rise.ai has been remarkable! I’m usually able to connect with a team member within minutes to address any questions, and any issue I’ve had has been promptly resolved. Today, John went above and beyond to correct an error that had me stumped (some of it was user error), and now my site and the eGift card suite are working perfectly. Thank you so much, John - and to everyone working behind the scenes who keep this app running flawlessly!
literal scam, charged us hundreds of dollars a month without any use of the app even tho it says $19.99, bills were $500-$800

"The app is insanely expensive for what it offers and how messy the interface is. Even though the yearly fee was already charged, I'm uninstalling it. Total waste of money, and unfortunately I didn’t notice the end of the billing cycle – the charge for another year went through just yesterday... I’m not staying, I’m out."

Support on Rise has been fantastic. We had to preform an last minute, urgent migration between two of our stores and Emilie took a lengthy call, walked us through the process and helped preform the migration and balancing. We wouldn't have been able to get in time without her!!

So far, so good... and by good, I mean actually kind of genius. I love the idea of turning “thank you” into cashback, and it turns out my customers do too. It's basically a digital hug that says 'I love you, here’s some money to spend at my super cool shop. I can’t speak to conversions just yet (manifesting those as we speak), but setup was a breeze. I peeked at Smile.io and a few others before choosing Rise, but they felt like trying to assemble IKEA furniture with no instructions and three extra screws. Rise, on the other hand, just… works. Once you set it up, it handles the orders and quietly drops cashback into customer accounts like a little loyalty fairy. The tiered percentages based on lifetime spend? Chef’s kiss. It's like leveling up in a video game, but instead of a new sword, your customer gets cashback. And Rise is reasonably priced... definitely not pocket change, but also not “why does this cost more than my rent?” levels either. I am keeping my fingers crossed for strong ROI though, because let’s be real: good intentions don’t pay for toner. Also, waiting not-so-patiently for their referral program to launch. That’s going to be a game-changer and I’m already prepping the confetti. Customer experience so far? 10/10. Eddie (hi, Eddie!) has been insanely responsive... like, I-message-my-friends-and-he-replies-faster responsive. Every time I needed help, he was there with answers before I could even finish typing “help.” So yeah, off to a strong start. Setting up Rise.ai was super easy, installation was quick and everything synced perfectly with our store. The platform is intuitive and packed with features, but what really makes it stand out is the support. Our account rep, Gabi, is always quick to respond, super knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every time we reach out. Highly recommend!
